Customer service definitely overshadows the food! Waiting several minutes to get a soda refill when there are NO customers at the counter is just ridiculous. It takes a really long time to place your order (add additional time to cook it - which I understand since it's fresh).Food handling - the person cooking & prepping the food, also takes orders and handles money with the same gloves!When we finally got our food, everything was hot. I've never eaten so many turkey burgers before eating at the Carson location and everyone that I've brought have had the same experience of eating the best burgers compared to other locations. The owners are great as well as the service and the food! My only regret is that if I'm with a group I'm ordering first. LolParking: I usually find parking but it may be a challenge for an event

My husband, son and I went to this establishment today and as soon as you walk in we were greeted by the staff and also the owner Shaleah herself. Ms. Shaleah took our order with a smile and made us feel at home. The atmosphere was spotless, great music selection while you wait. Also this establishment offered us a small drink for our son as well as a extra burger due to one of them was suppose to be turkey.
