This is the worst KFC I have been to in a long time. The last KFC like this was in the 1980s before the internet - lolThe restaurant was dirty, and they took a very long time with my app order. My app order for dine-in was not ready at the time promised for pickup. The staff forgot my drink, condiments, napkins, and utensils. At my inquiry for these items, I was told, "Sorry, we have no napkins - we ran out." - how does this happen? KFC is a multi-million dollar company. I had to ask for an extra paper bag, tear it in half, and use it for my hands. I may uninstall the app & avoid KFC altogether from this negative experience. The food was ok, but I had better at other KFC locations. I will never go to this location again. ?

This is the worse place I been , they have very bad customer service . I ask for nakings and they said they run out that they dont have any what kind of restaurant is this that they don even have nakings ?I ask to to see if I can use the restroom and they said is out of order I won't ever go back to this place.12/22/23

After having an online order getting cancelled at 10:00 am, 11/17/23 I immediately called customer service and was given the phone number of the store. I spoke to Susana and explained my situation, she assured me to place my order again and she'd work on it. (Mystery of why the 1st order got declined) Anyways, I re-ordered and sure enough she calls me back and completes my order for (9) people, which included, 3 piece combos, sides, sauces, drinks, utensils, you name it. She went beyond her service, helped me place my bags on the table to review that nothing was missing before I left the store. All of this was completed at my scheduled pickup time. Great service from Susana and her staff that helped prep everything. We enjoyed all the meals, it was a pre-thanksgivng for the staff. Thank you again...I'll definitely order again.?☺️

Thiey have two restrooms that always say out of order. The other says for employees only. You never can wash your hands after touching their door handle entering their establishment. God forbid you having to relieve yourself. This has been going on for at least a year.

This place really needs to train their employees , put them on probation before hiring them permanently!!! This is the second time i got my order here on the drive thru with no spoon , fork or spork!! And no napkins either!!! they expect me to lick off the corn and coleslaw like a puppy???? no wonder they got a 2 star rating for the longest time, should be negative stars if possible if they can't even get the very basics right!!!

Went there and bought a family meal , when I get home the crispy chicken thighs were all raw inside!!Absolutely disgusting and very disappointed !!

Only been here the one time but it has a drive through and it's reliable KFC food...for me it was good and as expected. I asked for French fries and got mashed potatoes so took a star off for that...

Very bad costumer service the wannabe manger "Susana" is very rude and is always in a rush for some reason when only 2 costumers are there... she also packed my order without gloves and also didn't give me my order right. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRASHY ASS PLACE!

Today, 8/23, I went to the restaurant at approximately 11:50 am. I asked for wings and the drive thru attendant (young lady in thick glasses) said there was no wings. So I asked for a chicken sandwich combo w/Pepsi. When I got to the window, the young lady passed the soda to me dripping Pepsi down the side, so I asked for napkins. She looked like she was irritated with me and bald up napkins (i have photos) and handed them to me. As I was cleaning the cup she should have cleaned, she was handing me change., I guess upset I didn't take it fast enough because I was cleaning the cup. She gave me the bag immediately closed the window. I kept saying excuse me and she finally opened the window and stared. She did not ask me if anything was wrong, she just stared as if I was bothering her. I asked her for a ketchup (for the fries that were ice cold), and she literally picked up a handfull of ketchup and slammed it in my hand, saying "here" and closed the window. Why would I need 10 packets of ketchup for a small order of fries? But, more importantly, why you slam it in a customer's hand? I understand that I am black and culturally not favored, and I am not certain if this is why she took that stance with me, but I have NEVER encountered that from any other employee at that location. I was unable to address why she slammed that ketchup in my hand so hard because she immediately closed the window and did not reopen while I was there. I am a resident of Carson for 40 years. My mother has been here longer and we are long time patrons of this restaurant. However, we will not be returning while this employee is here. I don't expect there will be follow up. But, at the least, provide her with some Customer Service training. If I can spend my funds, there is no reason I cant ask for napkins to clean a cup and ask for a packet of ketchup!
