Lied about having tuna to avoid completing online order for Doordash. When asked in store 10 minutes later, sandwich artist said they do have tuna. Do not eat here, always understaffed and you will wait. Was here March 8th, 6pm.

I came here to order a subway pizza, seeing as it's been on TikTok, and I wanted to try it. I ask for one, and they say they don't have one. Which is fine, and I got a salad. What isn't fine is going to your coworker and talking about the customer right in their face. I sat there and heard the guy who was helping me say, "Oh, she asked for a pizza," and the lady he was talking to laughed as did he. I wasn't able to hear her reply, but from their body language, it wasn't anything kind. Now I was going to brush it off and move on, but when the guy was making my orders, he started to have an attitude and be really snappy. When it came to my salad, he didn't add cheese or the right chicken. If you're looking for a subway with nice and kind service, this isn't the one you should go to.

OK I WILL NOT return back to this SUBWAY on figueroa & torrance, this has to be the messiness sandwich ever!me: 1 tuna wrapher: sorry no wraps nowme: OK 6in wheat plsher: What ?(I hate people to say what)me: Wheat please..her: WHEAT?(Irritated now)me: Yes! Tuna, spinach- tomatoes- onions- dill pickles- mustard & little mayo..This is the catastrophe I received.My fault should looked before I left & would said here take this & give me money back this is a mess. I've order here multiple times online through the app and unless you're physically there, they can't seem to know how to read your order. You ask to speak to a manager and they deny you the right to and the assistant manager is no help working with their AirPods as making or taking orders for costumers. No wonder they only have 2 stars. The sad part is that the reason why I place my order online is because I have a limited break time and it's easier for me and being pregnant I don't and to be waiting to be helped with two people and one having a authoritarian attitude because they're covering a shift saying they're the assistant manager. The older lady is nice but Mathew, I believe is his name, the one with the AirPods and unwashed hands, is no help. As well as the shorter lady that says she's the manager.

We went to Subway out of desperation. We wanted to go to Quiznos, but they were closed. I can tell you how disappointed we were. They have these new grilled melt sandwiches. I got a tuna melt. It was probably one of the most disgusting things tasting and looks. Everything was soggy and it was smashed flat. It looks like someone stepped on the damn thing. They were chintzy on their tomatoes. They were little and soggy, and there wasn't much tuna at all. I will never go here again you guys suck.
I wish I can give more stars . I just went in and there was a looooooong line. The person preparing the sandwiches was by himself. I caught his name tag because I feel he deserves to be acknowledged for his patience and how fast he was working to speed up the line . His name is Matt, for every person who walked in he said, "welcome to subway" and he just kept taking orders and more people kept coming. He was fast , steady and was changing his gloves at the right times. There's not too many people like that anymore but in the end we made sure to let him know we appreciate what he's doing. Especially with Covid, everything is different and every place can be short staff. What this taught me was patience is important and honestly he did an amazing job. Thank you!

Horrible service!! Two elder women were there this morning. The lady helping me was extremely slow and didn't know how to prepare the sandwiches. Then she wouldn't let me add any veggies to my sandwiches! That's the whole point of going to subway! Very disappointing experience and horrible service, don't spend your time or money coming to this place!
