Tried to get some Wetzel bites at 1005am . But the employee there said not open till. 1030am. What a let down. It supposed to be open at 10am. It's Friday not Sunday.

Just bought a lemonade and they didn't close the lid right . Spilled everywhere. Don't recommend coming here

Asked for Dogbites she gave me Original bitz. Went back and told her and she's like oh noooo you said original bitz. Lady get your Ears clean. Bad costumer service!! One order and can't even get it right! Plus the bread was burnt. Never going back.

Fortunately, a lady on the counter was nice.I haven't been Wetzel's Pretzels before. I even didn't know what pretzel was.... She told me about their menus nicely and provided a good service.A dip source of jalapeño cheese is good. Plain pretzels are also good. Its texture is like a bagel.I hope they keep their good services for good.

No stars at all but it wont let me post it. I've gone to this branch 3x already and all those times, I was served by 3 different people and all of them rude. If you don't hve good, not even great or up to par customer service skills, you shouldn't be working in the front. All of these 3 girls should be working aaall the waaaaay in the back because they can't even pretend to be nice for customers that bring them business. I mean, seriously.
Went in for some cinnamon bites from Wetzel's Pretzels for my kids. The cashier was was great but the actual product was very disappointing. They weren't even "bite sized but rather big chunks of dough in an extremely greasy bag that got our napkins soaked in grease as well. I would not recommend this place at all.

Place doesn't have a phone. They messed up my order twice. The delivery places over charge you for the items you buy. People don't go as much because it's to expensive.

We've gone to the location by Ross twice this week and a pleasant surprise, the pretzels were soft and fresh, and the mango boba slushie was on point! Now that's the WP I remember!

It says online they close at 9 pm I got there at 8:20 and no one was there this is the second time this happens this week I went the last time at 6:30 pm and they were close :( This is one of my pregnancy cravings so it was not the best feeling
