This place has definitely fell off first off they don't accept 50 dollar bills or 100 dollar bills.. Secondly they are so stingy with their frosting it's ridiculous.. Avoid this place at all cost I'm definitely never going back... Done!!!!

Good visit! I usually go for the cookies! They are great along with the famous cinnabon they make here! Customer service is good. I never had an issue coming here and its best to stick with the items in the window as they have a quick turnover to guarantee freshness.I don't know about the pre-packed items how long they actually been sitting out in boxes for sale. Prices are a bit high for $4 dollar cookies and $7 dollar cinnabon but ok to come once in awhile for a dessert after eating at the food court!

Quick and easy to grab and go. Came in to claim the free 4 minibons. So warm but didn't eat right away. Will come back to get more rolls and drinks especially as an afternoon snack for the kids. Those on diet....stay away...or....come and eat. Fill up your tummy with comfort eats. Lol

Worst Cinnabon I've been to. The Asian guy made sure he gave me a roll with no frosting on it so I had to buy more. He even agreed to that when I said something.

Be careful people the old lady has a bad attitude and she’s always in a bad mood!? She’s not nice she needs to be more professional and friendly she charges extra and she also doesn’t want accept app rewards nor gift cards just PLEASE BE CAREFUL PEOPLE HORRIBLE SERVICE ,the only nice person is the place is the old guy that works there as well. This place is a steal!!
I tried to redeem a reward for a buy one get one free offer that I had received through T-Mobile Tuesdays, and the employee straight out refused to scan my reward because the scanner was "broken" and didn't even bother to offer me any sort of alternative solution.

The morning of 12/24/21 I placed an order through the app for 4 cinnapacks to be picked up at 5:15pm. I arrived at the store at 5:10pm only to be told that they sold out and that "we already refunded you," except I never received a notification/email that my order had been canceled and that I'll be getting my refund back. They had a box bagged up on the back counter that was for someone else, so I doubt they just sold out of boxes. Why would they sell boxes if I had already made a pre-purchase? If they actually canceled my order and submitted my refund then why didn't I get an email notification? If I knew it was canceled, then it would've saved me time so that I could go somewhere else for dessert for my family. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service at this store. P.S.: as of midnight 12/25 my order status on the app says that it is "complete," not "canceled" or "refunded" like you would expect if they were telling the truth.

Order thru delivery service and almost every order is Wrong! Today again I ordered 3 items and paid for extra frosting for each item. My 3 items arrived in a bag along with 1 frosting not 3 as ordered. Center of the roll at other locations are fresh and soft - this location not so much. Arrived dry and not the least bit warm and gooey. Called restaurant and they say "oh sorry" which is their usual response. Today asked to speak to manager and was told he wasn't there. Asked his name and when he will be in. His name I was told is Dennis and he will be getting a call from me. Also never a receipt or name on bag and no seal whatsoever....just open items put in a bag. Putting one star as zero stars aren't allowed.
