“This is probably some of the BEST customer service that I have ever encountered. Of course I will be returning for the donuts and croissant sandwiches (delicious) BUT the customer service is what is really be drawing me back... Long story short I was having a bad morning, I was supposed to be going to Starbucks to do my work, I stopped in Knead to get a sandwich... while I was waiting the sweet woman asked if I wanted a donut because they just came out and they were hot... of course I accepted . The first bite WAS AMAZING, melted in my mouth literally. That really made my morning so much better. Thank you , if you are reading this. Also the man offered to let me do my work in there, which was so kind but my friend wanted to meet at Starbucks next door (she sucks) ... but thank you so much ! I highly recommend this place. They have a great selection of donuts .“
“I used to come here many years ago, but then discovered Goody's Donuts. Unfortunately in the past few years Goody's donuts' quality has gone down. I searched online on yelp for another donut place in Cerritos. Rainbow donuts came up and the reviews were good. I decided to try again. Am so glad I did! I got a bear claw, tiger tail, glazed doughnut and a buttermilk bar. The classic, glazed doughnut was delicious! It was light, fluffy and delicious! The buttermilk bar was very good as well. I love the classic donuts. The average donut is around $1.75 but a mixed dozen is about $17. I will definitely be back!“

“First time customer and I went with the recommended butter pistachio and creme brûlée. Also got a peanut butter which was my favorite. I didn't care for the creme brûlée. Wouldn't get that again. Service was good. I don't mind paying $5 for a fancy donut but don't appreciate the tip request. Min wage in CA is $16. That's pretty good for serving donuts. Just saying.“

“Super fresh donuts... You can actually see them making the dough and cooking them! I enjoy lemon filled donuts and this place actually makes 3 different options: powdered, glazed, and sugar. I'm not that big of a tiger tail guy but these were good. The highlight of the bunch was the coconut cream despite the price. A close second was how good their raised glaze is; crispy exterior and light and chewy interior... Watch out Krispy Kreme!“
