Well, the restaurant looks good, the presentation and design are nice. It’s full of people. The prices are on the higher side. So when you’re paying around $30 per a dish you expect the quality level that’s just not there. We got an “ahí de gallina” and it tasted like it was heated in the microwave. Also the chicken didn’t looked pulled but rather cut in a blender. It had a taste that you get tired of after a few bites. I had a “seco with beef” and the beef was undercooked and chewy with lots of nerves. But the portions were plentiful. So you get a lot of nice looking but mediocre tasting food for almost twice as much in price compared to other Peruvian restaurants.

Went here with my family since we had a nice time we came around the area. The wait staff forgot parts of our order and drinks, never came around offering any refills had to go to them to request anything, even the check. After informing the staff we would like the check and go it took so long as even a table that came after us was given their dessert and check before us. I had to go to them to get the check. Unfortunate experience here, it was disappointing all around. Dont think my family would come back as apparently much has changed since last visit.

The bread and sauces were good. I had the Saltado chicken which was underwhelming. The flavor was decent, but the chicken was like rubber. I saw that it was chicken breast which might explain why it was so dry. Chicken thigh would have worked better. It was so bad that I stopped eating it. Maybe the cook had a bad day. My friend ordered the same thing except she got beef. It did taste better. I also ordered agua de maracuyá which was delicious. If there is a next time I'll try something different. I did notice other people enjoying their food. The wait staff was attentive and the restaurant was acojedor (cozy).

My family and I love coming here to eat. In fact, we dine in and also order online. To our surprise, in one of the orders we placed for a chupe de camarones, there was no soup. It was basically just rice and vegetables, but no soup. I called the restaurant to ask for the soup to be replaced, and to my surprise, the person who answered the phone did not apologize. Instead, they asked me to bring the soup, or rather the rice with shrimp. They showed no empathy and didn't even look at the soup I had brought. They took it to the kitchen! Who knows maybe they used to make another soup ?…It saddens me that the service of one person can ruin the experience of many years!

The food was delicious. The wait was 25 minutes. The maracuya juice was tasty and sweet. I really like it. It cost $4.50 each. But it was worth it. I got 2 just for myself. And the plates here are pertty expensive. I think 2 people can really enjoy one plate here together. I over ate just eating my own CARNE POBRE PLATE. It cost $29 dollars. The PESCADO MACHO was $29. It was good, too. If you come here I would recommend you get 1 plate for you and your friend. Share it and finish it. I took some of the leftover food home, but it was not great. My rice was too hard and not soft anymore after heating it. I feel it is a bit too much in one plate for one person. ? I liked it. I like that the restroom is private for one person at a time. The floor was not clean when I used it. The door for the restroom seems a bit hard to close and open. It would be nice if they could fix that.
