I had a broken spring in my garage door. The skilled technician they sent out to my home was prompt, and arrived within the announced time. He explained to me my options in a manner that I understood. He gave me his best price quote, which I thought was very reasonable, and went for it. I expected the repair and replacement to take about an hour, but he was in and out in about half an hour. The guy's an expert.
