I feel like they sometimes forget about the mobile orders. I ordered at 1:16pm and didn’t get my drink until almost 1:40. I eventually asked if my drink was ready since everyone around me kept getting their drinks, no lines etc. she checked the counter and pulled out a sticker and said its in line. I find this location terrific considering its high volume. The staff is always friendly even when you can tell they are jammed up with work. Always quality work and prompt to fix any mistakes.
Scotty was so helpful in adjusting my two cinnamon dolce latte purchases from the night before. Sounds lame, but not when I'm trying to complete a Starbucks incentive for more stars! Anyway, he listened intently to what I was saying and knew exactly what he had to do. The store itself was quite busy, but I really appreciated his attentiveness in getting this issue resolved.
