I saw this place as I was leaving and figured that I would try it out, it's somewhat hidden. (located next to dicks sporting goods) The employees were really nice and welcoming. The cashier also offered different suggestions to fit my tastebuds, since it was my first time here. I ordered the Jasmine milk tea, and honestly, it's now one of my favorites! It has a nice floral taste to it, not so overpowering. Although, it seemed to be a bit busy for them, I could see that they were working as fast as they could to get mine and other customers drinks out asap. Will for sure come back to try something different! :)

Love the place great drinks but terrible customer service. No “thank you” no “hello” nothing, no greeting. Very very very terrible customer service.I just don’t understand if someone doesn’t like the job why keep doing it and ruining others people day. Owners should reconsider their employees. and I am an every day customer!

Our order took forever to come out and the staff members were very rude when asked about the eta. Initially I spoke with John just for Julie to dismissive about the whole ordeal. I think a small shop with several workers should be able to make 2 drinks in a timely manner. Aside from the horrible wait times the ambiance was off, and there was no professionalism from the on staff manager. Sadly this establishment suffers from what seems to be poor training as well as terrible management.P.S. (Drinks were okay, nothing to write home about.)

I think this is by far the worst boba shop I have ever been too. I was greeted with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager I believe her name was Jully was just sitting back and watching other employees struggle while handling a high volume of customers. She was being very rude to many of the other employees while just sitting back on her phone and flirting with another employee. Overall this was such a horrible experience I hope no one else has to deal with in the future. I don't recommend this place to anyone who expects good or even decent customer service. I hope they get new management soon!
The drink was very healthy tasty. It was pricing tho. If you looking for a healthy drink made in front of you. This is the spot. Had the watermelon lemonade. It was very sweet and tasty. I would buy again. It dose take time to get your drinks. If you have time to wait. The workers are very friendly and nice. I do like the cups they come in. It's hard plastic so you be able to re used it. Won't break as easy too. There so many mix of fruits. So you want a sweet and different kind of drink then just soda. Got try the drinks here.

I have this humongous Christmas list. I'm trying to finish. So much good stuff here, but the one thing that popped out of the menu was piña colada. Yes please I added aloe vera since I couldn't put alcohol in it. Completely satisfied.

All hope is restored! We can now confirm with confidence that amazing milk tea has not gone away as both LA locations have it. Something's just up with the Chicago Tbaar locations. We're at the CA Cerritos Mall and it's very prominently advertised as the #1 drink. It's just as delicious as we remember at 75% sweet. Love boba? My friend and I went to Cerritos Mall and we were originally gonna get Starbucks until Tbaar caught our interest. We decided to try the drinks and it was really good for our first time. We enjoyed our drinks and felt refreshed to continue exploring the mall. Will definitely come back to try out their other drinks
