“Nice place, clean, the staffs are friendly, one staff gentleman is having his lunch break, but he is still trying to help my son, such a very nice gentleman. I don't come very often, but I'm always love their food and friendly environment.Parking: I always pay more for steak or some kind of more pricey items with Kung Pao Chicken. I like any item with black pepper sauce ,too.“
“Sizzler will always give nostalgia to back when I was a child and my family wanted to eat out but also not spend so much. I have never been to this branch before but went to go check it out, hoping the experience will be how it was then. It's been so long so I asked the lady at the counter if I could check out the salad bar first to see what they had. I was happy to see the bar was clean, spot-free, and had their collection of hot foods ready.Chicken wings, tacos, spaghetti pastas, and soups! It was my partner's first time and we were delighted with what we ate here. The food tasted exactly how I remembered and anyone who has eaten at Sizzler's before know that their menu isn't anything too fancy or superb, but sometimes the familiar simple tastes are all you need sometimes.- good parking lot- quiet, relaxing ambiance even in dinner- clean salad bar- self-serve drinks- soups very warmx long wait to refill the chicken wings, needed to ask a busser for help, waited additionally longer afterx utensils weren't fully clean and had residuex sauce bottles were greasy/sticky“
“Considering it was a Saturday night, we were seated pretty quickly, and the food was actually really really good. It's becoming harder and harder to find good Chinese food in the San Fernando Valley but I did like this place. The whole family really enjoyed the meal the price was reasonable plenty of parking as it's in the mall.“
“AMAZING!!! This place is genius and delicious. I wish it were located closer to home, but well worth the drive. Prices are great, food is incredible, and to top it off...VEGETARIAN!!!! I'm far from vegan and love Chinese cuisine, so this place giving me the great taste without the negativity of eating a lot of meat...perfection!“
“This place is a fresh Asian culinary delight, thanks to consistently delicious food and exceptional service. Ms. Nora, the welcoming face of this place always ensures a pleasant experience with her warm demeanor and attentive service. Alongside her, the entire staff, specially Tony, maintains a perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism, making every visit a pleasure. This place is a must-visit family friendly restaurant. From delectable dishes to stellar service, it's a standout establishment in Stevenson Ranch that never disappoints.“
“Finally found a great Chinese place in the valley. It is a pretty bug restaurant and the food is good. They make all their good fresh and healthy. They don't use salt OR MSG which is really good. I ordered the lunch special beef with bell pepper and it was so good.“
“We have been going to this place since my daughter is 10yrs old. New owner upgrades the place looks so amazing, very clean and bright. The staff are very friendly, fast service and accurate taking orders. Food so delicious everything is fresh. Price very reasonable or I should say affordable. When we are lazy to prepare our dinner, just go straight to Bale Valley. I highly recommend Bale Valley to you all, those who been to this place 100% agreed with me.“
“The server Alondra is so warm, welcoming, and attentive from the moment you arrive until you leave. She is the epitome of genuine and kind customer service and a true asset to the team at One Bite Dumpling. She truly knows how to elevate an experience! 1000/10 ✨“
“Food was great. Orange chicken and grilled bok choy was tasty. Large portions. Not sure what they are going for as fast atmosphere, kinda like a military chow hall. Metal cups? Odd.Had to ask for some items twice. Will return for those big portions, will have lunch for the next day.“
“First time at Bao and it was fantastic. We place an rder for two and the clerk took our order with ease. 15 minute wait and we took our food home. The food was fabulous tastes and piping hot. Excellent Choice and next time we dine in because the atmosphere was very comfortable. Thank You !!Parking: Parking is plentyful infront of the restaurant in a parking lot of there place.Wheelchair accessibility: No problems wheeling into this dining area.“
“The lunch special was great, I got the shrimp and lobster sauceThe interior was clean, nice decorations , and they still have holiday decorations up! Great ones!My server was Jeff and he was so polite, checked in on me regularly, and gave me some great recommendationsI’ll be coming back for dinner as well“
“Ordered for delivery directly through the restaurant and they deliver it themselves like the old days very cool. Delicious food. Classic chinese food at fair prices. Just got the standards to get an idea but so far the family approves. Kids DEVOURED combination chow mein, they're hard to please. Other dishes orange chicken, black pepper beef, and egg rolls. Everything was tasty, not overly greasy, hot and fresh on arrival. Beef was very tender and chicken pieces were a little on the small side but actually white meat and NO gristle at all. Decent amount of shrimp in the combination chow mein, overall meat level was above average. Showed up slightly earlier than promised, friendly driver, can't wait to try other dishes.“
“When I lived in Encino, I ALWAYS ordered from Ping Pong. In fact, I ordered from them so much that they knew who I was every time I would call. They always went significantly out of their way for me…often even delivering me my food after hours! Beyond just the fabulous service, the quality of the food is absolutely outstanding. With Chinese food, I often find myself feeling like I’m eating a lot of fatty chunks of meat & it could taste like it’s been sitting out for a while. This is certainly NOT the case at Ping Pong. They’re food always tastes so good! They clearly use the finest quality of ingredients and serve by far the absolute most freshly made dishes. They are definitely best Chinese food place I’ve ever ordered from. I must mention though, they are a bit pricier than my others. Personally, I think it’s well worth it. The quality supersedes the higher price tag! Highlyyyyyy recommend“
“Love this place for lunch at least 3 times a week. Service is always quick and friendly. Mostly order the Hot & Spicy Chicken (from the lunch menu) and with the rice, salad, and wontons, I never leave there hungry. This is my favorite restaurant in all of Stevenson Ranch. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed ?“
“Food came quick me and my sister ate here the other day .. funny server lol made a racist joke but aside from that . We asked him what should we order cause I haven’t ate there in 8 years or so . Good noodles and some crunchy shrimp BIG PORTIONS …“
“My family comes here almost - every month, and we love their food. The workers know us for years and is very nice, watched us grown up. Really good food, and overall nice place.Vegetarian options: It is labeled vegan.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, and easy parking.“
“Went there for the first time for lunch the other day. It was good food but not life changing. Their menu does look interesting they have some health options. We will be back to try more items in the menu. The service was a little slow for the amount of people there. But we agreed to give it a second chance.“
“One of my favorite places for Chinese food. We always order from here on DoorDash and the food is BANGIN'!!! Gigantic portions and great prices. The restaurant doesn't have that much indoor seating but it was enough for us and did not disappoint. Great customer service, polite and fast!“
“It's a place you drive by and not even notice. But it's definitely a place you should stop at. The food, price and portions are great! I had sweet and sour chicken, rice, noodles, and orange chicken. It was so good and made probably 3 meals for me. Will be coming back. Thank you!“
“I hope we have well passed the times when people wince when I mention a restaurant in a shopping center/ strip mall. When you decide to go to Hot Wok the first thing I want you to know is that all the staff is super friendly. Everyone will talk to you and make you feel truly welcome. As for the food, my wife and I started off with gyoza. It was perfectly fried as they had a nice crunch. My wife had the egg drop soup and I had the hot and sour. Both soups had great flavor but I preferred the hot soup.As for our meals my wife went with the cashew chicken lunch special. This dish had a truly great flavor. The contrasting textures added a great dimension.I went with the fried pork chop in Peking sauce. I am truly a fan of pork chops, especially fried. They were perfectly fried, they were tender and with the sauce a little messy but we’ll work it.I can’t wait until my wife and I can go back to try something else.“
“Their black bean noodles (jjajangmyeon) is my family’s go-to when we are craving korean food. It comes with picked radish as a side dish and they are pretty big. The dumplings are also juicy and delicious. I have yet to try the other dishes, but would like to explore more food from this place.“
“Went in for an early dinner on a Saturday. Had the daily special of Chicken green curry, salad, egg roll, and white rice. Great flavour! Not so much food that I felt bloated afterwards. Service was prompt and friendly. And the price was great, too! ($14.50) I’ll be back the next time I’m in Van Nuys.“
“Your average Chinese food joint always ate from they're as a kid with my grandpa he loved they're food so much whenever he had money and picked me up he always asked if we wanted to go get some this places orange chicken is out of this world Vegetarian options: Just get the broccoli beef and don't eat the beef only the broccoli“
“The food from this place was out of this world, the server wasn’t the best, but the food that made up, for they close down their dining, so they only need to take out didn’t stop me though, because we ate it in the car, amazing, amazing, amazing, trust me“
“I came over around the afternoon, after being done seeing customers walking out with stuffed bags. I finally decided to try the food. The staffs are really nice, the food is BUSSING.I would definitely recommend the teriyaki chicken, spicy beef, or black pepper chicken. For soup, it would be miso soup, egg drop soup, wonton soup, and the beef noodle soup. If you looking for a crispy snack i would say the cheese wontons. They're super crispy and flavorful. The cheese is warm and melts inside your mouth. I would say the best combo would be steamed rice , shrimp and veggies, with teriyaki chicken. The chili oil makes everything taste 10x better! Be sure to ask for extra or you'll regret it.THIS IS NOW MY GO-TO PLACE FOR LUNCH!Kid-friendliness: They are super friendly with kids! They also have a couple toy capsule machines for kids! ( tattoos, balls, mini keychains, fake gold accessories, and more! YOUR KID WILL ENJOY THIS PLACE!“
“Finally, I tried this joint out, and I absolutely love it. Fast and friendly service. We ordered pretty much every category, and nothing disappointed.Nice to know if I have a craving for xiao long bao, I can avoid din tai fung long wait and just go up the street.“
“This is for delivery only. My favorite items here are the wonton soup, all the soups are so good, . Orange chicken. Moo shu chicken, chicken and vegetable. If you live in the area, delivery is fast and everything arrives Very hot and delicious. I recommend it for delivery.“
“Our Family just moved to this Woodland Hills area. I’ve been eat at different Chinese Restaurants before we found The China Garden. Compare with others this is the best food we had. The ambience is very welcoming and clean. We order honey walnut shrimp, String bean Szechuan sauce and some dim sum. The chicken bao is super good and soft. Shrimp Siu May taste wonderful. Those place our family new favorite to dine in. Will come back!“
“Their large wonton soup is pretty Dagon. Amazing I really enjoy all the vegetables and all the wontons and it’s pretty cool because there’s no pork in it. I really enjoyed talking to Marco. He took real good care of me. He has excellent friendly customer service. Thank you very much Marco.“
“I had never eaten/been here before and I decided to get some take out for the family. We got chicken fried rice, spicy chicken dish and BBQ pork appetizer. The pork was moist and flavor was great. I am not a huge fan of sweet sauces it was more for the kids, but I really enjoyed it. Diced Chicken with Schezuan Garlic Sauce was not what I expected but really enjoyed. I thought diced would mean grilled, but it was fried. It was really yummy though. It had really different great flavors pop through and nice heat. Looks like they have a lot of spicy dishes so I look forward to trying more.I think they have all.you can eat in house. Might be back soon with the family.“
“The food is absolutely delicious. Always delightful. Looks similar to any diner atmosphere, but with awesome choices of food or plates. One plate or all you can eat. Several dinner choices with extras. I always get #3 so I get a good selection of extras like a couple of fried shrimp, an egg roll, etc. I also like the white rice which I add to my bowl. Just a hint, pile your bowl to about double the size, like piled as high as you can, because the food really shrinks when it's cooked. The first time I went I didn't know, and I ended up with a half bowl. Now I end up with leftovers.Vegetarian options: The bar of fresh veggies is plentiful and even has a spaghetti noodle on it. It has water chestnuts, mushrooms, onions, spinach, broccoli, etc.Parking: The parking lot fills up at the beginning and end of the karate classes next door, but generally right in front of the restaurant they keep cones in several places for the restaurant parking only, move the cone and the parking is yours.Kid-friendliness: They've always brought a bowl for noodles and veggies that your child may like. They also have several options of sauces so you can add a sauce from plain to very non spicy options, to very spicy. You make the sauce to their liking.Wheelchair accessibility: On the first floor, with many tables that have chairs they can pull away for you to pull up to. You can always tell someone with you what you'd like, or your server can help you. The veggie bar is about waist high, so you might need the help.“
“Wonderful experience from beginning to end. A big shout out to Devlin our waiter!!!! He is friendly , attentive , efficient, great communicator and paid attention to the little details that made our wedding anniversary dinner very special. Thanks Devlin!!!!“
“Did not dine in, ordered takeout, arrived before they said it would.Food was excellent, General Tsao chicken, Black pepper beef with onion and mushrooms, Honey walnut shrimp, combination fried rice, egg drop soup and hot and sour soup. All were great. They made the hot and sour soup the right way, I could taste the white pepper, so glad it didn't have chile garlic sauce to add the hot, I hate all the seeds from that and it cheats on the real recipe and doesn't taste as good.We will be ordering again.“
“One of my very favorite restaurants! Our family used to go there at least once a week, starting back when the lunch specials were $4.55. I still think of it fondly even though we have moved out of state. I miss going there very much. It was a regular thing for our family! We got to know a lot of people there. The staff was always super friendly“
“Best Chinese restaurant in the valley as far as I'm concerned. I usually get the sweet and sour cod, though the Mongolian beef also rocks when I'm in the mood for something darker. Nice ambience and quick, friendly service. I've been here several times, as well as their other restaurant in the Granada Hills area, and I've never been disappointed.“
“Was surprised they had my favorite shrimp and broccoli dish which they call imperial shrimp delicious!! But the real winner was when my bf ordered the orange chicken definitely the best I've ever had! Love this spot best Chinese I've had in LA“
