Definitely great customer service with a smile. The lobby was clean. It was busy inside but managed to find a seat. I know it's just rice but the rice I ate was made perfectly. Definitely give this location another chance if you rated it less than 5. They definitely deserve to be here.“

The Stuffed Cheese had an herby, lightly salted and nutty flavor combined with the mellow white cheese wrapped in a soft dough. The Chicken Wrap was more crispy like a wood fire pizza, it comes with tomatoes, onion, cheese and pickle, very good middle eastern/Mediterranean flavor.“

“The absolute best coffee and doughnuts in the valley! The doughnuts are gluten free and more cakey than the classic fried doughnut- but amaaazing! Their ube and soy sauce are the best flavors in my opinion. Their sea salt cream iced coffee is delicious- strong, perfectly sweet, and creamy! “I know this pizzeria for about 6 years. They have the best pizza in Winnetka, if I don’t exaggerate they have the best Persian pizza in Los Angeles. Every time I have a party, it doesn’t matter birthday party or just having my friends over for a football or basketball game, everyone ask me to order some cheese or pepperoni pizza from Thyme. We all recommend this place. Next time instead of ordering pizza from Domino’s or Papa Jons, try Thyme Pizzeria. You won’t regret. Also they have this heart shaped pizza which is good for special occasions like Valentine’s Day or anniversary.Vegetarian options: I’m not vegetarian. But I believe that if this place offers a fully vegan menu, vegetarians can find lots of vegetarian options. I’m not sure if they allow substitutions on their vegan menu it. But it doesn’t hurt to ask. “Ike's has the best vegetarian subs around! Well, from what I've tried anyway. Few months back I tried their Freddy Krueger sandwich (not vegetarian) on their dutch crunch and it was great. The dutch crunch is delicious. I also tried their James and the giant peach recently and it'll be my go-to anytime I visit for sure! All the ingredients come together perfectly and the vegan fried chicken is good too! Their sandwiches come with a candy (caramel apple lollipops) and as someone with a sweet tooth, I love it. Service was good and my sandwich came out in a timely manner. It's a great place to grab a bite after running errands in the plaza.“

“Today was my 1st time ordering at Leo’s. I ordered the hot hash bowl & it was so delicious I had to take it home! Parking is easy at this restaurant & the cashier gave me excellent customer service. I didn’t order a drink but he gave me a cold glass of water while I waited for my food to finish cooking. The cook is very special. She definitely knows what she’s doing in that kitchen. As society becomes more health conscious, I really hope places like these get more attention & customers. “I needed Gluten Free cupcakes for a baby shower. A couple of people, including the mother-to-be, have Celiac (cannot have wheat, barley or rye) and wanted to make sure this was a gluten free event so they wouldn't have to worry about eating the wrong thing or cross-contamination. “Carrara’s is one of my favorite places to go to! It’s one of the most authentic Italian cafes I’ve been to out here. The coffee is so good and the pastries don’t just look pretty, but they’re actually delicious. Everyone who works here is so nice and goes above and beyond! I wish I knew everyone’s names but from going there as often as I do I can honestly say Tallin, Danica, Alir, Sarah and really just the whole staff is so sweet and they make you feel so welcomed! Alir makes some of the best lattes I’ve ever had and Tallin decorates the foam on the lattes and the desserts in a beautiful way! I love everything about this place and would highly recommend :)“

“Love supporting really good local businesses and this one is one we keep coming back to. Previously I've had a burger, teriyaki bowl, salad and all were delicious. This time I had the hard shell tacos with beef which was very good and so filling I barely touched the rice and beans. I love that the menu has so many options to please everyone in your party and the food is great! The owner is really nice (usually at the register taking your order) and will help walk you through the menu.“

“I've been coming to Bea's since I was a child. I love this bakery. I remember the original location on Ventura Blvd & Topanga Cyn. That was in the 1960s and 70s. Bea was always there, and she was lovely. Whenever a child comes into Bea's and give them a cookie. I told one of the employees about that. He gave me a cookie. We laughed, and I thanked him. It was great!“

“Party of four! Food was delish! Service was excellent! The only down side for me, is that the atmosphere is more bar like than nice Italian restaurant. It's small with tables very close together, no booths, no table cloths (even for Valentines Day). This seating makes for more noise and less privacy. TVs with sports/news. They do have a nice sized outdoor patio with heaters, but they were not seating there when we went on Valentines Day evening (it was cold that night) It was very busy! Most dishes ran around $21- $25 range. Didn't have wine. I enjoyed the yummy bread, food and service, so we'll be back!!“

“Stopped in for a quick dinner before a local concert. Very bright and hipster kinda feel. The staff were very friendly and greeted us when we arrived. It wasn't busy at all on this particular night. The menu was on the wall and a little overwhelming but I quickly figured out it was a build your own pizza or salad. I went with the Mod (small) margerita pizza and added bacon (yum) Kept it simple. They had fountain drinks which I did see until after I bought something from the cooler. There were some little cakes at the checkout that I wanted to try. They were wrapped like old school "ding dongs" (I just dates myself ) I didn't buy one buy my friend said they are tasty so I will have to try one next time. Prices were a little higher than what I have paid at other establishments like this one but I wanted to try something new and we wanted something relatively fast. My pizza was tasty. The thin crust could have been a bit more well done but I realized I ordered thin crust and I should have requested a different crust upon ordering. That was my mistake. I also should have ordered the Mini size. The small was too much for me. Regardless, all the flavor was all there for me and I enjoyed my pizza. It was a nice place for a party of four. We had a nice big table and sat comfortably. Nice visit. Will return.“

Although surrounded by the Freeway and Ventura Blvd, Lodge Bread has successfully found a way to create a cozy, earthy and homy environment for the community to find a safe heaven in.Their menu showcases a wide spectrum of colourful and delicious looking offerings.Although I personally could only find a Cesar Salad + an Avocado Toast as a VEGAN, I still enjoy coming by to enjoy my afternoon Matcha, with the occasional croissant 'cheat' or grabbing some delicious Rye bread for the house.I hope to see more Plant Based options in the future <3“

“Falafel Palace has been here for 52 years. Same family ownership. Gina is a wonderful person. She greets you with sincerity and guides you through the menu if you have questions. Pride in ownership is evident. I used to go here years ago. We finally made time to revisit. The food was wonderful. I had the lamb gyro with double meat (my favorite). Tender, seasoned just right. Tzatziki and spicy sauce onside. Mom had the falafel in pita. It was huge! She enjoyed it so much that she couldn't put it down. My wife had chicken shawarma. Again seasoned just right and tender. Humus, awesome. We were so stuffed. Had to take a baklava home for later.I suggest stopping by and taking a break from your burger routine. It is great to support a local family run business.“

“I am absolutely blown away by my experience of working with Nick and his team to create my son's Pokemon themed birthday cake. From the very start, Nick was super quick to respond and took the time to not only work with me to draw out my vision, but also offered some of his own ideas and creativity which brought this project to a whole other level! He was so easy to communicate with and I appreciate him always making himself available to follow up on any thoughts or questions I had throughout! Our party was on Easter day when the bakery was closed but he was super accommodating and made sure to deliver the cake to the venue the day before. Our guests could not believe that the figurines were sculpted- everyone thought they were toys!! Most importantly, my son, who is typically difficult to impress, was absolutely in love with the finished product and couldnt wait to take it home. We ordered a salmon tartine (flatbread), a chicken salad, a matcha latte, a mint lemonade, and finished by splitting a French sweet cream doughnut. The food was great, the mint lemonade was as fresh as it gets, and is quite a decent amount, as they give you a carafe that is enough for 2.5 to 3 cups worth! The doughnut was also quite interesting, since the cream was fluffy and not too sweet! The interior is also very rustic feeling, with wooden tables and chairs. I'm deducting one star because once our waiter served us food, he pretty much forgot about us for a long time. I could see him walking towards our section, then just peeking in and leaving, repeatedly. We had finished our food and couldn't even find him to order the doughnut for dessert! Overall, we got ignored for 15 to 20 minutes, not the most fun of times, especially watching tables around us get served, checked out, etc. by the other servers...“
