Excellent service. Everyone is not only helpful but personable. It's hard working these booths, especially in Chico during the summer and winter months. The staff are friendly and good to chat with However, after taking the drink order, they asked for my payment method and charged my card without telling me my total. It has been hit or miss if they were to tell her the bill amount for a bit. Now, unless I ask for a receipt I do not know how much my bill is before

I always love going to Dutch Bros especially towards the autumn months, the employees are always nice, and more times than not, I leave satisfied. The only thing I have issues with is the mobile app, but usually they look me up by # so I can still earn points towards a yummy reward!
