Oh boy, oh boy best service ever at a subway. Your worker Kellen just simply made my day, the moment we walked in Kellen brightened my day and saved me from a day of sorrow and complete ruin.

Incompetence, poor customer service, rudeness. They don't know how to process a Subway Gift card in the Subway app. Oddly the customer ahead of me found out they wouldn't accept the subway coupons and she smartly left two foot longs. They took away my salad and threatened me. It is obvious by the reviews on Yelp that this is not new their poor service and not treating customers properly. Their franchise license should be taken away. Shame on subway for not monitoring these types of shops. I didn't even want to give a star but you can't write a review without. The store is dirty. The workers weren't follow protocol and washing their hands before starting an order.

I had a coupon for a footlong sub, when I went to pay for my sandwich I was informed that this store is not a "participating location" and that I would have to buy a "bag of chips and drink" to use the coupon. Now if that meant for my coupon to be valid I would have to make that additional purchase that wouldn't make sense because all of a sudden then it's a participating location? I believe I might have misunderstood what the employee said, but even so I've been to Subway locations plenty of times before and correct me if I'm wrong if it varies from location, but I've been able to purchase just the sandwich without having to purchase chips and a drink before. I ended up making the additional purchase because I wanted my sandwich and $10.50 for a meal right now is not totally outrageous, I'm just annoyed because I brought water in my backpack because I planned on taking my sandwich with me and not eating at the store that's why I chose the coupon with just the sandwich because soda is not water. No bathrooms for those wondering but you should expect that at most Subway locations nowadays.
Kinda a weird experience. The person behind the counter greeted us with a notepad and took our order like a waiter. Then made our sandwiches from her notes. It was strange and uncommon. It is nice to see the sandwich fixings as it’s being made. Not a fan of this new process.

What an absolute joke. So instead of paying $5.99 for my sub I had to pay $9.49. Knock it off with this nonsense, this is why the Pizza Hut in Chico went out of business. Don't play games with your customers.

Stopped in for lunch while I was on my break at work. I ordered a footlong Honey Mustard Rotisserie-Style Chicken sub on Italian Herb & Cheese. I made no modifications whatsoever as it sounded delicious. The woman seemed knowledgable about the subs and greeted each customer that walked through the door. She also included suggestions of what to try. I enjoyed my lunch and it's nice to know that if you want to grab somethin' on the go, this is your spot!
