I stepped inside the T-Bell on East Ave & Pillsberry. I used the kiosk to order. The screen was dirty, hesitant to touch it. My order took only 5 minutes but as I looked around the seating area, it was absolutely Dirty, & disgusting. I employee did come out to wipe several tables with the same towel, no spray bottle of any sort. Clear cross contamination. I told the employee it was discusting in there. If I hadn't been in a hurry, I would have spoke with a manager. Poor Management.

They forget stuff for orders all the time almost every time. It's basically stealing peoples money. I never have this issue anywhere else. This tacobell is taking people's money and not giving them what they paid for.

Try to order food at the register no one was there. When somebody finally did show up they couldn't take my card, only cash. The manager was no help at all and kind of a jerk to her employee. I won't be eating hear anymore and I don't recommend that you do either.

The food is good and I go there every day for lunch, the only thing is that they often forget (3 out of 5 days) to give me a fork or any other utensil for the cheesy fiesta potatoes, and I don't mind getting my hands dirty with some sauce to grab them out of the melted cheese but I work at a shop and even after you wash your hands, you're still covered in chemicals so it'd be neat if they remembered to provide or at least ask if you'd like utensils at the drive thru.

Food is old cold and still hardly eating thing in the chalupa all the chalupa is is a stout to Luther bread. Bathrooms are so absolutely foul that I really did not want to use it. Urine and toilet paper inside the toilet garbage overflowing empty garbage cans. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting. The food is cold. The taco shells are still the phone line has been busy, Can't get ahold of one person and this is not the first time having a problem with this location. This talk about on East avenue and the other talk about on asplanade absolutely suck. I hate going to these locations because the food sucks. The service sucks. The facility sucks nine out of 10. The orders are incorrect. I am now at the point as a former taco bell employee, I absolutely hate going to Taco bell. It is absolutely foul inside and out. I HAD TO TOSS $20 WORTH OF COLD AND STALE FOOD!!!! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY. The chalupa was so stale that it caused physical pain to my jaw. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME, AND BODILY HARM BY CHOOSING SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO. I truly wish I can give a 0 star rating. They also need to hang up their phone instead of leaving on the busy line. Been trying to call for 20 min.EDIT::NOW I GET WHY THE FOOD IS NASTY. THEY ARE TO BUSY BEING ON THE PHONE FOR AN HOUR. I STARTED CALLING AT 10 PM. IT IS NOW 11:06 AND THE LINE IS STILL BUSY. CONGRATULATIONS EAST AVE TACO BELL, THEY FIGURED OUT HOW TO IGNORE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS.
