I ordered two different orders and they were both overly salty! I ordered the Louisiana rub and the garlic Parmesan that wasn’t that great. Chicken and fries was dry, over cooked and too salty. I’ve had this same issue before at this location my ranch was also opened and spilled in my bag.

Awesome place to go for dinner. The service was ok only like a 25min wait but it was worth it the Cajun wings were so good and the Lowesiana Rub was really good to. People might say this place is bad or worst service of all time but if you are going here in 2024 the service is way better.

Consistently poor timing with orders. I make an order in person, I wait an hour. Make an online pick up, end up waiting an hour. Make a doordash order, the dasher wastes their time and waits an hour. I get it, I'm in college so I understand but I still do my job in a timely manner.

It was my first time there, the service wasn't as good because of the long wait, they got my order wrong, and when they gave me the food, the sauce and oil were spilling from the bag. Food wise, it wasn't appetizing, as the wings were cold.

Took over 20 minutes to get an online order to pick up for DoorDash and also the employees were straight up and truthful about the status of the order. Will not be picking up and delivering for this restaurant again.
I usually doordash wingstop. But we have gone a few times to get our food. I am absolutely obsessed with their lemon pepper. I always find myself ordering extra lemon pepper to go with my fries and wings. I've tried other places wings with lemon pepper and they do not compare to wingstops. I really wish they sold their lemon pepper seasoning in stores. Because I have tried other brands and they just do not compare

I was not impressed doing a pick up at Wingstop waited over 22 minutes to do a pick up for online order. The lobby was filled with customers waiting on their orders. I asked one employee when the expected ETA was to complete the order. She went to go check on the order never came back to tell me status. I had to ask another employee after 10 mins being ignored. I wouldn't recommend wing stop just because of almost 30 min wait for wings. You can better options at sit down restaurant with quicker and better service.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Worst experience I've ever had buying food. From their service, to the food and inexperienced people. This is my first time ever leaving a review on anyone. I don't want anyone to experience the HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience I did today. I told them I definitely would never be back. Very rude staff. They gave me the wrong food, did not know their menu, told me basically too bad that their coke machine was broke. Drank water bc they refused to give me a refund for my drink.
