My family and I had the sukiyaki and tomyam broth with seafood, lamb and beef as proteins and rice. In winter, the hotpot HITS THE SPOT. Fresh meats, flavorful broth, generous cuts of fresh vegetables. Staff were all professional and prompt in ensuring diners are having a wonderful experience. This is a great social event for dining or if you're just a foodie! Totally worth checking out.”

The salt and pepper pork chops, not sure if it was really pork. The texture was like a vegan patty, not sure. Zero bone, and somewhat spongy looking. But all in all it satisfied the craving for a Taiwanese inspired meal. Lou Ro Fan was good, but had a lot of sauce. I’d prefer more meat and less sauce. Sorry I didn’t take pictures, I usually do. But if you like Taiwanese food, or looking for something different, we can recommend BD Cafe.”

Overall, it was great to have a meal at the Bento Box in Chino.”

“Wow this place surprised me so much, I went on my birthday it was a Thursday mid day and it was lonely. Not sure if that’s good or not but as we walked in, we were greeted and welcomed to a nice beautiful atmosphere.

Open concept, nice design. We were serviced beautifully everything was clean and squeaky clean floors.

Menu was okay to read, but we were able to order a few yummy rolls.

Wow the my favorite was the Vegas roll the combo with the crispy outer layer and the fresh fish on top with avocado with sauce oof it was delicious a must order option!
Everything was delicious and what made the difference was freshness.

I would definitely come here again or order out, but it seems a lot of people order out. Dining in was a great experience and more need to come and experience everything as well at least when they can.

Parking was a bit difficult, one level and easy wheelchair access.

“We have ALWAYS LOVED THIS RESTAURANT!! My parents took me regularly (every weekend) for there steaks. I was 18 at the time, I'm now 54. Tony would always come out and have a seat with his customers. It was always great conversation with him. His wife would always make her rounds (as Tony would) to make sure customers were happy. Unfortunately, after Tony passed it wasn't the same for us. “We stopped by before a Dr appointment nearby. I had a coupon that we tried to use but the automated kiosk wouldn't let us change the cheeseburgers to just burgers with no cheese. I ordered at the cashier and he was able to help us out! Really clean restaurant as well as super friendly workers. The guy that helped us was a manager which surprised me as he was manning the front and helping which I haven't found to be the norm at other locations. “Delicious! Very impressive flavor, size is great, ingredients were fresh, the sauce and curtido were so good. There are a couple of places around Chino where you can get pupusa’s, but I think this is now our number one spot. The service was good and it was easy to order through the phone, but there might be a language barrier. The price was phenomenal and it was very quick and convenient!”

We tried a few things: the Ice Blended Coconut Matcha (10/10) was super refreshing and not too coconuty, the Matcha Sea Salt Cloud (9/10) was creamy with a nice matcha flavor and light salty foam, the Ube Coffee (8/10) was strong and creamy but the ube foam made it really good, the Fruity Peach tea (9/10) was perfectly balanced and not too sweet, and the Garlic Cream Cheese Croissant (9/10) was flaky, buttery, and so good for a quick breakfast.”
