I have the $400 range credits for $300 and just walked back to my car and a fresh golf ball ding is on my right back panel of my SUV. Talked to the ppl in the pro shop and they took down my info with no mention of what exactly will be done if anything. I'm hoping they didn't take down my info at the pro shop so I would walk out and not raise a scene. I'm supposed to hear back tomorrow so I will update this post with what I hope is a professional and responsible solution because I do love Los Serranos and was recently thinking of buying their Players Card. Worth mentioning that there are no warning signs in parking lot and I have never played the actual course yet so I would have no idea that hope 1 is a disaster for Slice players directly into their parking lot. 3 stars for now and hopefully I can upgrade this to a 5 tomorrow and not a 1. UPDATE: got a call just now from their rep with the corporate owners of Los Serranos and he said they can't do anything since they couldn't find the cool who hit my car. F'n pissed. No golf voucher or anything offered.

Called the pro shop and they did nothing. Two different marshals patrolling and they did nothing. We didn't even get to finish the round because it got too dark. Double the price for double the time to not finish the round. Thank you Los Serranos for the bad time, waste of gas, time, money and round of golf! Poorly managed and poorly maintained.

Today is January 19,2024 Very rude to a senior who was asking for a senior rate on a Monday. He was told the no senior rates due to being a holiday. I was listening to the exchange so I asked what holiday is it? December 18 is a holiday. However some elderly players were very surprised to hear that, they told me that they had paid senior rates! So something was very wrong so I went to buy my Christmas presents somewhere else. I don't recommend this place if you're a senior. Mr. Kramer should know about this and fix it, too nice of a golf club to allow this kind of behavior to continue.

Like many others my friends and I have been playing this course for many years, however, that will be coming to an end. Yes the course itself is in good shape and good breakfasts, but why 2 stars? THEY ARE CREDIT CARD ONLY!!! for a group of people the have tournaments or make side bets, you need cash. there is no place to make change in the entire facility. it becomes a major pain in the ass to settle bets. also many of our menbers do not like using their credit card to buy 1 beer at a time. we will not be returning here till they change their policy.

I have played this course for over fifty years. It is a very good public access course. Played the South today (1/2/2024) at 11:08. Pace of play was 5:10, absolutely ridiculous! No marshals on the course, seemingly NO interest in the golfer's experience. I watched the 11:00AM group play the 17th hole, one guy took four shots out of the left greenside bunker, yet did not rake after thrashing around. The course is in decent shape (very wet). But, since the course doesn't care if groups can finish/or not, not sure it's worth the aggravation.

Generally this is a nice course with great layout in the inland area. However they make the interval between groups 8-9 mins which is just not make sense if there are many 4 some groups in front of you. You can't even play through. It could take more than 6 hours to finish a round on weekend if front parties are very slow! Other golf courses are not greedy to make money with such short intervals between groups. You are actually losing players while people are impatient waiting 20-30 behind their tee time at first hole. Many of my friends are players club here but we are NOT planning to renew if this is not improving at all.

Course is in excellent shape! Both north and south. We played the south last week and the north today and had an excellent time. They have an actual cart girl as well! Saw her 5 times, which is kind of unheard of. Absolute smoke show too. The entire staff honestly does a great job. I would 100% recommend

Played here for the past 10 years and the pace of play is the worst it's ever been. I looked through most of the recent reviews and it's always about them having tee times every 8 minutes. This course used to be a $60 on the weekends and now it's $95. For $95 a 6 hour round is not right. This course is all about money and not golf experience. I got to the course about an hour early to putt and hit some balls and every stall on the range was occupied. I look over at the south course and it was backed up 5 groups deep. We started our round 30 mins late and every hole had to wait at every tee box. These guys say it's their top priority for pace of play from the replies but we all know that's lies.

When the pandemic started and I started getting in to golf this was my go to course. Good conditions and not to bad of price. 20/30 club was a life saver for a college student. If your looking to join that club now they do not honor the membership you paid. I've talked the manager James and he even admitted that they've put it on the back burner. Since then the management has only gone to bad service and money hungry owners raising their prices and cramming in tee times every 8 minutes to get more money while slowing the time to play to at least 5-6 hour rounds. Very disappointing to see a growing game be taken advantage of by some greedy owners. The photos show the 8 minute intervals of tee times and the lies about the program.

I used to golf Los Serranos monthly pre-pandemic. It looks like they sold or got Mgmt company and course/service went to the gutter. I arrive to course early and grouped with another 3 guys. I tell them I have medical condition and need to ride alone. They tell me it's not possible and finally let me ride alone for additional $20. I pay the $20 to move on without arguing. Every fairway had dry dirt spots and of course the pace of play was horrendous. So sad to see this course turn into a corporation.

I live near by and I play this course every week. Just finished a round today and left my speaker hanging on passenger side of the cart. It's so obvious and just called them they said they can't find it. I just can't believe this happened

I golf here quit a bit and I had a bad experience with one employee. Brian Miano (the general Manager) reached out to me and listened to everything I had to say. Not many businesses take the time to reach out to customers on reviews. Well he did and he took care of the situation. It's a great course for the price. Golfing there again tomorrow and looking forward to it.

In the past this was a good "go to place" for a neighbourhood breakfast. Don't do it now. The menu is very very limited for breakfast and what is available was horrible . The staff is still Great , but don't eat

I thought playing in the morning would make playing golf enjoyable. But not at Los Serranos. The morning groups take as long or longer then afternoon groups. A bunch of regulars who could care less and a course a golf course who cares even less. I play here three mornings a week and it isn't getting better
