OK so first of all I understand that McDonald's is known for hiring teenagers that are starting off in the work field in fact I worked at McDonald's when I was 16. The staff of newbies they have right now are very polite and sweet you can tell they are still learning and we should show mercy and respect for that fact . We like going to this location...only issue is they are sometimes understaffed. Especially during the switch from breakfast to regular menu time. We waited almost 20 min today for a 30 dollar order. No specific request...just busy.

It took me 15 minutes to get my food after I ordered and paid from the keyosk. I have experienced long waits at this specific McDonald's, so I will start getting off at the next exit and visit a competitor.
