Starbucks is definitely one of my favorite places to have a coffee. The customer service is exceptional and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. I ordered inside, it was very busy at the time. Probably a lunch rush. Unfortunatly my order was missing my sandwich. I'm not sure what happened but I told batista who made me a new one which took an extra 15 minutes. There was several other customers who had missing items from their orders as well. The batista were friendly and helpful but to just leave orders on the bar without anyone making sure customers received what they ordered was not good.
