“10 ⭐️ establishment! Brand new store with plenty of parking. You walk into this place and everything is in order and clean. Peter is easy to talk to and always makes you feel welcome. I’ve stopped in about 4 times now and he seems to know everyone’s name that walks into the store. Well stocked with all the essentials that you want. Snacks, beer, candy and liquor. Oh, and a kitchen! They are serving up some delicious food! If you’re in the area, I definitely recommend you stopping by and checking it out. Keep up the good work guys! ??“
“I wasn't from the area and was prior researching good spots to ear. I wanted something just enough to last me 9 hours to hangout in Chula Vista and prep for Jiu-Jitsu/gym. The 5 Stars is on the food itself. Wish the water cup was bigger but oh well. Imma make this my Friday routine.“

“Okay had not been in awhile it was the 2nd choice. Had a couple of adult beverages that were really tasty but the cocktail lacked the sophisticated flavor I was seeking and the beer cold and refreshing. The food was good full of flavor. The service was topnotch. From my perspective the only drawback was the style of music and the volume.“
“The food is great (with the exception of the Kona Pie). I especially love the tortilla soup. The wait staff is friendly and fun. The atmosphere is a little loud for me. It's more like a bar atmosphere. The Kona Pie was just boring. The coffee ice cream was so mild I couldn't even tell it was coffee. The chocolate syrup was that cheap generic stuff. The crust was good. It needed a pop, like some nuts or something too.“

“Delicious well dressed burger. Simple menu with free toppings and free add ins in their milkshakes and very generous fry portions! Back and front patio and various inside table seatings. Customer service was very good. Yet - pricey, as all things are these days. $32 for 2 regular cheeseburgers, one reg fry, I small fountain drink.“

The kiosks require a few extra steps to place an order, so a recommendation for Habit is to make their kiosks a little more intuitive when placing an order. “I’ve always seen this place when driving by but never had a chance to try it out until today. I was surprised at how good the food was. The wings were so juicy and tender and the sauce made them even better ( I ordered mild buffalo). The lady who helped us by taking our order was so nice and helpful, she even recommended the most popular dishes. Definitely recommend!“

“Came here on a Friday morning for breakfast with my daughter, saw these new biscuits on the menu, I decided to have the biscuit with strawberries and cream which also came with bacon, eggs and hash browns, my daughter had the chicken biscuit sandwich that came with a side of fries. The biscuits were AMAZING, so flaky, so buttery, just perfect! Service was good and prices are average, not bad for a commercial chain restaurant.“
“My go-to place for burgers. Portions are crazy big. I'm addicted to the frozen coke. Medium frozen coke is only $1. Large is $1.99. Getting two mediums is only a penny more than the large but you get much more drink. Burgers are so big that I get the tiny size of fries. Location is awkward in the shopping center, so there is a lot of traffic making coming and going challenging. I find it is worth it.“
“We came in from las vegas and decided to try THE BALBOA SOUTH after hearing good things. We were not disappointed. The overall environment was clean, up beat, and family oriented. The centennial burger was massive and cooked medium the way I like it. The garlic fries, and salt and pepper fries were on point. The dark horse stout awesome!. Okay in done. Definitely will be going back before our trip is done.“
