My first time going there and I loved it. I loved the food and everyone working there and u very much loved Luis he help me by taking out my food and I asked for more salsas and he took his time to help me and soo nice and polite I would definitely go back if there’s more workers like him:)✨

Not only did prices go up; the quality and taste very bad. I use to buy the Tacos Combo at $5 really tasty now it $2.95 more and the quality and taste went down. No flavor will never go there again.
This is one of the originals when it comes to cooking it the way it should be. The chicken is tender and juicy with that grilled taste. On a scale from one to 10 a" 9". Really great taste.

New review 1/22/24: Down from 5 stars to 2 starsI have been ordering for years at this and other locations the same thing: 2-piece meal and ask for 2 chicken breasts that I gladly pay more to get. We use the drive thru to get our food. For the last 4 consecutive times at this location, I have been told that there are no chicken breasts and have gone empty handed 3 times and 1 time settled for a chicken leg and thigh that were too small for my liking. It is not the end of the world when they don't have what I like but it does signal to me that I should avoid this place and try either another El Pollo loco location or one of two non-El Pollo Loco competitors that are nearby.Older review:I was so happy that El Pollo Loco opened so close to my house. The restaurant is clean and the service and food is top notch. Only slight negative is that the restaurant is crowded but I guess people found out how good it is.

I got here to deliver food for the customer via UE, the lady said the order is not ready while I am at the drive thru (lobby is closed). It don't make sense since the car in front of me got his order on time and UE should've the order sent to the merchant. The lady said to pick it up front which I did and went passed the drive thru window. It don't make sense that the order is not ready and can't be delivered to the drive thru window and instead chose to walk and deliver it. I am the only customer and nobody was behind me
