Went to El Tianguis for lunch today. I haven't been there in a while and they have expanded their menu. I ordered 4 rolled tacos with rice and beans (regular+combo) and carne asada nachos. The service was friendly, but indifferent. Food took about 10 minutes to receive. The rolled tacos were good, fresh, hot and crispy but tender. Beans and rice were hard and cold. I would skip. Nachos were OK, cheese sauce was bland and meat a little skimpy. I would also pass on nachos and only get rolled tacos if I go again. Parking was plentiful. It shares a nice outdoor seating area with a few other eateries including Board and Brew.

This spot is such a hidden gem. I'm so happy I was craving gas station taquitos and came here instead. At first the menu seems a little barren because it's literally JUST rolled tacos, bowls, and nachos. But the few items they do have, they do well. We tried the California and chicken taquitos and both were so good I could honestly eat a tray of them myself. On a whim I also ordered rice and beans, and both were delicious. The restaurant is a little small but it's very cute and the decor is lively. There seems to be plenty of seating inside and there's also a few tables right outside.

First time here. GinaBee ordered three taquitos with carne. I ordered the Carne Asada Nachos. My nachos was dowsed in Jack Cheese (yum!) and a huge scoop of guacamole! Oh yeah! The salsa had a tamarind twist to it and we loved it. I washed it all down with a bottle of Jarritos Mandarin orange drink.

The rolled tacos are delicious. I had the trio of potato, beef and cheese. I especially liked the beef. Pricey plus they add a fee if you pay with your credit card, but they don't tell you. Ambiance is nice.

Walked in an cashier was eating behond register. Food wasn't all that. Also a little pricey. No fountain drinks. $3.15 for a bottle of Mexican coke. Got 5 beef rolled tacos and a bottle of coke for $14.29 Meat was kinda dry. Flavors reminded me of delimex rolled tacos. Nasty. Hardly any quacamole. Chubby guy at register shorted me on my change. Called him out on that. Then he gives me my food and did not open up bottle of coke for me. I had to go back to counter so they could open it. I prefer lolitas rolled tacos better. The place was very clean. Won't be back as I was disappointed on the food.
First visit and so glad to have finally tried their taquitos. I ordered the 6-ct California with beans and rice. I enjoyed every bite! Superb customer service too!!

The potato rolled tacos here are decent but this place needs to do better. Yesterday was the third time we've ordered food here and the order was wrong. We always order 12 rolled tacos with the toppings on side as we are vegan and don't eat cheese or sour cream. Each time our order is covered with cheese and sour cream and the rest of the toppings. They claim it's a glitch or something in their online ordering system but who knows. Probably won't be going here again. Also, what's with the guac portions? If you order rolled tacos the normal way there's like 3 huge scoops of guac on top of everything. If you order the toppings on the side you get a salsa cup of guac for 12 rolled tacos. If you're vegan or have food allergies be sure to check your order before you leave.
