YOU NEED TO READ THIS so when i walked in i saw a picture of jack upset eating stuff which is depressing my I ordered the food we waited for a short time. when the food was ready i opened the bag i opened the burger cover i looked at the burger it was so cold and gross and the bun was ripped next is fries .fries was so DRY and MID milkshakes was okay after food i went to the bathroom it looked like there was CAMERAS and i heard it MOVE loudly i felt so uncomfortable i went outside and went home. So never go here its a waste of 10-5o US dollars. But instead go to in-out that place is close to jack in the box.

Made an online order for food including the chocolate overload cake, but was told that they didn’t have it and was forced to receiving a cheesecake which costs less and not what we wanted in the first place, I was not given a choice or anything. We also waited very very long for the food just to get the wrong item

Apparently they don't do breakfast all day and was told to come back at 5am for breakfast when drive thru opens at 430am. Curly fries are cold, and I wasn't even given a receipt.

On 9/30, I ordered through the drive-thru and found a broken thermometer at the bottom of my bag. After constant calling to both the restaurant and the corporate office, I finally was able to come to a resolution on 10/23 where the manager Veronica gave me single menu item vouchers. They were expired but the supervisor Eldridge promised me that they don't actually expire and that their employees would still honor them. I came today [10/31] to use them for lunch, but the cashier Susi said she'd never seen them before and went to ask who I am assuming was the manager on site. She came back acting very rude and returned them saying they won't accept them because they're expired, making sure to point it out to me to my face. The manager just chuckled and completely ignored the situation. When I told the cashier Susi that I will come back when the manager Veronica or the supervisor Eldridge were there, she smirked and told me to go for it. Also, all the girls in the back who were preparing food were also playing with the facepaint for their costumes. I'm pretty that is some kind of health code violation.

Dad Work

Was not able to order inside. Stood at the register for a good 5 minutes before I decided the workers were not going to take my order. I think if I would've went to the drive through I possibly could have gotten some food. Don't want to think it's for other reasons that they didn't help my family and I. Thanks Jack!
