TUESDAY 8/15 5:15PM - Placed order at drive thru. Paid and was asked to park to the side and my order will be given to me when done. 10 minutes later and 7 cars have gone thru . Lady who was parked next to me, got out, entered the restuarant and walked out with a refund. Her order was given to someone else with no appologies. Said I should go in as well. I did. Waited at the drive through for someone to take my order, then had to repeat myself multiple times to get the order correct. Plus not properly stocked for the customers orders with multiple items out of stock and this is not the first time this happened to me at this location. Management and employees here make me feel like supporting a different company.
