Let me be the first to say that i don't think Jamba Juice is all that special but they are consistent. I think that's very rare with these large chains. This location is very clean and well kept. I like that they have an outdoor patio area. Large parking lot so no issues finding a spot. This place also has a drive through option. The staff seems to rotate a lot. Not sure if I recognize any of these team members since my last visit but it has been awhile for me.

Even though San Diego is my husband's home, we were here visiting due to a family member's health crisis. We were staying nearby with family. I love ❤️ Jamba juice and have been drinking them for years. This one was close and perfect because it' has a drive-thru. What made the experience special was the cordial and respectful customer service we received at the drive-thru. Not only was the young man taking our order friendly, he was respectful. As we drove up and arrived to the window, we wondered who he was ?. I asked him his name, if he was from SD and complemented him on his service. His name was "Joaquin Nichols." We wondered why our order took longer. We realized it was due to our request for Pineapple sherbert to be added. He personally remade our drinks after he noticed it wasn't sufficient. It was delicious! Thanks for your awesome service and you are an asset to this location Joaquin!!!

This is the worse drive thru. I've lived in Eastlake for about 2 years and nothing has changed with how bad and tortoise slow this service is.

I like how fast and clean the place is. The workers are pretty chill and fun to talk to when they are not too busy.

My husband and I love this place since it's one of the few Jambas with a drive-thru! This is located in the same plaza as the McDonald's and Home Goods.We picked up some smoothies yesterday evening through the drive-thru. I ordered a Pink Star with a Daily Vitamin boost and my husband got a Strawberry Surfrider; our usuals. Ordering was easy and there were a few cars in front of us after, but the wait wasn't too long. I ordered a medium, but they ended up making me a large, so that was a nice bonus! The smoothies were delicious and refreshing.Whenever we're down in the Otay area we prefer this location since it's more convenient with the drive-thru. I'm not sure why there are complaints about the wait as we usually don't have issues when we go, so I'm going to guess it depends on if you're there during peak hours; typically lunch rush.

It pains me to leave this review, but today we went through the drive thru. This is the second time that it has taken more than 35 minutes to get three drinks with only two cars ahead of us. I tend to be a patient person, but I think the problem is when you get to the window and it takes 5 minutes to be acknowledged. I understand it can be busy, but a simple "we will be right with you" can go a long way.

What the heck? I went to get Jamba to get fresh cold drinks. And total was almost $17 then first thing pop up was 25%tip almost $5 and next was 30% and so on;;;;:And the cashier is looking me right in front of me what i am entering;;::::Really?????just for a smoothie??? How much do I have to tip? Should I even tip? Isnt it their job to make drinks and etc???I couldn't believe how they paying system was set up.

***!!!BEWARE THIS JAMBA JUICE!!!*** I love Jamba, yet this SPECIFIC LOCATION has to be AVOIDED! The first time I came here, I got a very watery acai bowl and smoothie. I decided to give it another chance though and went a second time, where I found pieces of other fruit that weren’t supposed to be in my smoothie. Ok, another chance. And another. After two very watered down smoothies I was only going to give it one more chance. I received a smoothie with tiny black specs in it, that I hope aren’t BLENDED ANTS. They offered to make me another one when I reluctantly brought it up, but that smoothie had chunks of other fruit that aren’t supposed to be in it. ALL IN ALL AVOID THIS JAMBA AT ALL COSTS!!!

Always great service at this Jamba location but tonight (6:20 pm) a young gentleman employee was extremely polite with great service. I didn't catch his name but loved the service he gave my husband (saying yes, sir...etc). Just a very kind and definitely has good customer service which is lacking in the service industry in general. PS Yay to boba here!
