We went to this fast-food restaurant to get some burgers and fries. We placed our order at the drive-thru window, and we expected to get our food quickly. However, the staff told us that our order was not ready yet, and that we had to pull ahead to wait for it. They gave us a number four, and they said that we had to park at the designated spot with the same number. We went to McDonalds on East Palamar and our service was excellent. Our server was Lily and she deserves to be noticed for her excellent customer service. We were short a couple dollars and she told us not to worry about it and. then she gave us 2 of every dipping sauce. Lily's Service is the definition of customer service.Thank you again Lily

I don’t usually have issues with the food here except for last night. The food was extremely oily that it went threw the bag even the boxes where the burgers were in had a bunch of oil. Also one of my burgers was not cooked all the way and that was disappointing with how things are priced right now.
