I have been coming here for years and love this place. It is the best pho in San Diego. My favorite is the pho curry chicken amazing dish that will leave you 100% satisfied and then some. Everything else is amazing too. The best part is the people. They are so sweet and nice andthe cook is amazing. And he remembered me after Covid ended and I returned! And my daughter said it was the best pho she’s ever had.

This isn't a Pho restaurant design for Asian customers that know what good authentic Vietnamese should taste like.Spring rolls had little to no aromatic herbs mint/basil/, just all iceberg lettuce.Soup has an overwhelmingly strong MSG flavor, but I didn't taste a strong Bone broth in soup.It's an ok restaurant if you are craving pho, but not the same authenticity like east San Diego or Mira Mesa restaurants that cater to Asian customers.Servers are good and fast, and he memorizes all your orders never writing anything down. Amazing.

Easy spot for good pho in Chula Vista. Has a section of the menu specific for vegetarian options, including a veggie pho with vegetable broth. Service was good and tofu spring rolls were absolutely delicious. Vegetarian pho was okay, but the rare steak pho was the better option.Street parking available in front.

I came to try my Rare Steak Phõ with the Pork and Shrimp Spring Rolls. The Spring Rolls were very good though it was a thicker rice paper then I'm use to and it was a perfect peanut butter sauce.The flavor was good here and I was happy with that but so far out of the places I have been they gave me the least amount of noodles and steak. The service was pretty good though I waited a little to order. It was lightning fast to get my order though. They did there best to make my dinning experience a good one.

I’ve been coming here for years. Service is super fast. Staff is courteous.Springs rolls are amazing, peanut sauce is so delicious, egg rolls, chicken phö(with the ginger sauce and chili oil), veggie phö, everything we’ve tried exceeds expectations. We will always be loyal customers of Phö Vinh.
The Bahn MI with chicken was really good. I also got the Pho with well done flank and brisket. It was OK.

Easily the worst Vietnamese place I have ever been. I went there yesterday before the Padres game for the first and now last time, and had the chicken curry. The curry was more like a soup, very watery and I am not sure it was chicken that was in my plate. The Thai tea wasn't even sweet, very diluted. My brother had pork rice vermicelli and had the runs the next day. We both didn't even try to finish the dishes. The service is no better. Stay away from this place for your own good.
