We're always looking for great Sunday brunch places. Adding this one to the list! Great mix of food choices with a modern fusion atmosphere. They also change the menu every 90 days which adds to the right of options each time you visit.

Food was amazing! Family shared everything we order and everything was amazing! Amazing service, our waiter was Janelli. We started inside but after seeing how beautiful the outdoor patio was we asked to switch and she obliged without question. Thank you for treating our family so amazing! We will definitely come back when we are in the Chula Vista area again!

We came to celebrate our Leap Year wedding anniversary. The staff was so welcoming. The food was amazing. Cannot say enough good things about our wonderful dining experience . Will definitely be back before our next Leap Year anniversary!

Went to Shake and Muddle for date night. They had live music playing which was a pleasant surprise. Service was great, drinks are excellent and food was timely and delicious. Looking forward to my next visit.

Service was not as good as it usually is. Our server forgot we were even there and didn't come back to refill our waters and we had to flag down different employees to order more drinks throughout the night.

I absolutely loved our experience yesterday for Valentine's Day. The menu was amazing. The food was amazing. The drinks were amazing everything about this establishment was very beautiful. Definitely love the jazz player that was there. Nice and cozy. Definitely 100% well worth it.

Went for Valentine's with my husband and 2YO and everything was absolutely amazing. I've been before for Happy Hours and didn't think about going for a special occasion, but I highly recommend. The staff was attentive to us and the little one and the live music was great and the tables decorated for the holiday. The food was unique and super delicious. We will be back!

Went there for Valentine and though I had not dined there in over a month the waitress and waiter remember me and gave a very warm welcoming. Most other places don't even acknowledge the returning/frequent patrons. The chef and the kitchen staff go that extra distance to ensure that your food is prepared and presents well definitely recommend shake and muddle for a wonderful dinning experience

Made a reservation for inside low table and when we got there the interior part of the restaurant was full and we were given a high bar table... ok. Our server came by pretty fast and asked what we wanted to drink but we'd just sat down and needed a second to see the menu... she took forever to come back... We placed our order and waited and waited... As our “high” table was beside the bar I could see the bartender chatting away with the people at the bar, 15 min had passed and no drinks for us... finally he starts working on our order and drinks are brought. Waiting to place our meal order and again waitress was nowhere to be seen... I know it was Sunday brunch time but if they know they're busy they should be better staffed. The bartender's job is to attend to his job which is making drinks and only when he's done of course chat with the customers but don't let the orders sit there. Food was very good and the sweet bread they offer when you arrive is a nice gesture. If I had known it was going to be that slow, I would've had a pastry, this is our first time having Brunch here. They are dog friendly on the outside patio and they do have heaters which we've enjoyed in the past.

Really enjoyable experience on a Saturday night. We had reservations and were seated and attended to quickly. Food and service were both excellent, super cool vibe (no shade to Chula Vista, but it definitely felt as though we were in a totally different and more cosmopolitan city). There was a singer performing a variety of covers with a guitarist accompanying her. Both were very talented, though the noise level was a bit overwhelming, despite the fact that they were outside while we were seated inside. All in all, very impressed with our experience, and would absolutely return!

Good food. Great atmosphere. Tasty drinks. Great service.Got Steak & Frites. Steak was undercooked, but close enough that it wasn't worth sending back. The fries were alright - bit too much seasoning, and for the price they should be better quality than Ore-Idas.

Awesome experience. My wife and I go out to eat a lot. And with that we have seen it all. It was super refreshing to go to a place and just be taken care of. From the entrance, multiple people greeted us. To the instant water service and refills all night. The craft cocktails were amazing, my wife had the codigo mezcal mule (she loves mezcal) and loved it. I had the Pinche Tito's, also amazing. The food, we had the focaccia with brown butter, octopus dinner, fusilli baked pasta and ube crème brûlée were all extremely good. Waiter and bartender were super helpful and nice. Also live music and football playoffs on the tv. Thanks for the great time. We will be back.

I've come here a handful of times for the past year or so for work gatherings, since I work nearby. It's always been a good experience. Servers have always been great, taking care of a larger group. My happy hour go to is the burger, and we always get a couple order of fries for the table to share. The menu does change up sometimes. I miss the lechon kawali fries! The birria nachos are now one of my faves since the lechon fries are no longer on the menu. Shake and muddle will continue to be our fave place for work gatherings. So many options for food and drink, so there is something for everyone.
