My daughter works at this Starbucks. She says she loves working here because her coworkers are professional and take it serious. They have fun and work as team. The Redwood City Starbucks used to be a Starbucks Reserve so it looks spacious and elegant. Starbucks is Starbucks and my daughter says every drink should taste the same no matter which one.
They take forever I wait 35 mins for my drink all the time there for it to be runny and made wrong. This is the only Starbucks I can go too because it's the closest to my job. Some of The workers act like they don't want to be there and don't yell out names. I'm genuinely frustrated. The ambiance is depressing and a bunch of angry people in there because they only focus on mobile orders before the people that are walking in or studying there.

Not having been in this Starbucks before, it wasn't clear where I needed to place my order. And after placing my order, it took quite a while as the staff were very busy preparing orders that came in over the phone or internet? Such that I would have left if I had known the wait would have been long. Also I had to ask for additional sugars, not realizing that there were no longer sugars and creamers on a counter to use. Wasn't a great experience such that I would return.
