Not having been in this Starbucks before, it wasn't clear where I needed to place my order. And after placing my order, it took quite a while as the staff were very busy preparing orders that came in over the phone or internet? Such that I would have left if I had known the wait would have been long. Also I had to ask for additional sugars, not realizing that there were no longer sugars and creamers on a counter to use. Wasn't a great experience such that I would return.

My daughter works at this Starbucks. She says she loves working here because her coworkers are professional and take it serious. They have fun and work as team. The Redwood City Starbucks used to be a Starbucks Reserve so it looks spacious and elegant. Starbucks is Starbucks and my daughter says every drink should taste the same no matter which one.

A bunch of teenage girls working here. I ordered a drink, there was maybe two other people in the dining room and I waited more than 15 minutes and they never called my name. I went to ask and the girl said, "We called you be you did hear us." I said, "I have been standing here for more than 15 minutes and you did not call my name. And if you did, why not call it again?" She said, "Um, that's against our policy." Really?

Ten customers are waiting in line for one toilet. While the other toilet is empty, but it is for employees. And you did not confuse anything? 2 toilets should be for customers, and employees use the leftovers. The client pays you money, so make a service. There are tables are dirty and wet.

Ordered a coffee and watched they offer it to a woman for FREE admitting they “messed up” on my order, as I was standing there! How about offer it to the original paying customer first?Then, lie to me and say it was for another person which was clearly a lie as they hadn’t remade the same drink for another customer the entire time I was in the store.If you’re going to give drinks away for free, try offering them to the customer who is paying and waiting instead of a random person!Naturally, they offered a refund and the drink for free, but not everything is solved with something for free — don’t waste people’s time, I left the drink and took my money. What I didn’t have, was the 10 minutes they wasted because of giving my drink to a woman and putting the remake at the beginning of the line!No management or oversight at this location, the person claiming to be a manager was working as a cashier and couldn’t give to cents about determining what happened.
