Long wait times, gross negligence, and blatant disregard for customer service. Horchata latte tastes like a bland cup of skim milk on ice.

Stood there 10 minutes to be helped. Finally asked him if he could take my order and he still walked away and ignored me. Horrible customer service. Ended up walking out.

Fantastic coffee options and fresh baked pastries. I had the horchata latte and pain au chocolat, both were phenomenal. I love their outdoor seating as well. I do wish they offered more outdoor seating near the tree as there is more shade there but overall would highly recommend.

Sadly no gluten free options when I was there because I was too late for the creme brulee. The coffee was amazing and the service was as well. I was greeted and while she was away making coffee she still acknowledged everyone. Great selection of pastries and the lemon bar my mom got was amazing. I had the horchata latte and it was good. Jealous my mom lives so close because I'd go everyday. Great seating inside and outParking: Was very easy but I also went on a weekday

I'm originally from Spain and we lived in Italy for 4 years, so we missed that kind of café environment where you can sit down and enjoy life at a slow pace for a few minutes. This place is it! Excellent food and atmosphere. You must try their pastries..so good!

Upon walking in the look of the place is beautiful with all the Christmas decorations and a wonderful artistic Terzo sign. Then delicious baked goods look even more delightful. Like most bakery shops, there's an array of colors and textures. My mouth watered just looking at the fruit and chocolaty delights. I dared ask prices and to my surprise very accessible. Other shops on Third Ave. are more expensive, not this one. I thought I'd come in get a warm cup of coffee and a croissant to enjoy on a rainy day, and I quickly knew this was going to be the place. The holiday atmosphere is the best. This is no Hans & Harry thats for sure because it’s better! Better pastries and most important FRESH strudels! Their almond croissants are the best in the city! Go and try them yourself!

Upon walking in , the look of the place is ok, then the delicious baked goods look even more delightful. Like most bakery shops, there's an array of colors and textures. My mouth watered just looking at the fruit and chocolaty delights, however when the woman behind the counter finally came out, she ruined the moment. A sour smile and a hurry up and order attitude filled the room. I dared ask prices and my sweet cravings were erased. I had thought I'd come in, get a warm cup of coffee and a pastry to enjoy on a rainy day, but I quickly knew this was not going to be the place. This is no Hans & Harry thats for sure! Ordered some cookies and left. This place needs to ramp up their customer service.

I'm surprised they're not more popular. They actually do have really good drinks and pastries. I love this place and the location is amazing. They're right in front of a park in downtown 3rd ave, which is a gem. I think they need more staff since it can get busy.

Terrible customer service. We are paying customers with a 5 month old baby and would not let us use the bathroom for a diaper change because of "emergency" and no free water today because of a parade.Definitely swayed my experience hereWill not be coming back, the drinks and desserts are ok and expensive.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE FOR WEDDINGS OR EVENTS. We booked them to provide desserts for our wedding and paid in advance. They didn’t deliver the desserts to our venue which was less than two blocks from where they are located. They didn’t call and notify us they wouldn’t be fulfilling the order or make any attempt to contact us. We went in the next day to ask what happened and they claimed they made the desserts but lost the paperwork with the address for our venue and our contact information. However they somehow found the receipt the morning afterwards. The owners story changed multiple times as to why the order wasn’t delivered. The only thing I can say that was positive is that she willingly refunded our money.

tastewise, the pastries are ok, not so impressive but decent for the price, but what really puts me off is the attitude of the staffs. First, there was just 1 customer in front of us, (i believe she ordered for a take out pastries)yet we were standing in front of the cashier/ server for like 20 mins ignoring us, not until my husband asks her if someone can attend to us only did she acknowledge us.. Another thing is that when my husband ask for a for the guy whom i believe is their pastry chef was quite rude answering to my husband.. Coffee waiting time is another 15 mins.. I mean for the 3 of them and having not much customer, I believe they can do better.. Well I followed them on Instagram primarily coz of the rolled croissant pics which I have tried at Hana's cafe at La Jolla, but their pics on IG is misleading too..
