I went in for a pickup order and they told me 15 minutes okay no problem. Then I come back in and another girl says oh it will be another 15 minutes I'm like no I was already told 15 minutes she goes back and ask again and comes back and says 5 minutes. I'm like okay but no it was another 12 minutes before I got my actual food. My problem was the communication. Don't tell customers 15 minutes knowing its going to be 30 minutes. That irritated me more because you lied y'all knew it was 30 minutes the first time you told me 15 minutes. Very poor communication.

The service was horrible, we were standing there for maybe 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. 10 minutes later one of the employees tells us he can’t take our order so we have to order it online. They had three people working and one of them was just putting stickers on the bags like um why couldn’t you take our order? There wasn’t even people inside the location. Complete waste of time. Horrible service!

30.min wait to get 20 boneless wings and fries.... Only 2 people in front of.me and no one after me....Ridiculous... Employee excuse was that machine didnt print my order in the back so the cook never got it but on-line orders were going thru... All those employees need to be trained properly....It was my second time there...This is why Wing Empire is better....

This place is so dirty and the service is TERRIBLE. A bunch of kids bullshitting in the back. A rude girl at the front who stuck her hands into our bag of food to prove to us that ranch was in our bag. So unsanitary and rude. All the tables were so dirty. Waited 40 minutes for our 10 boneless wings. Honestly don't come here. Go to the wingstop on H street.

Decided it was a good day for wings since it's free delivery Wednesday. I scheduled my wings to be delivered at 6pm. Both my wings and fries were cold. I asked for both extra crispy. They weren't and the fries weren't seasoned. Next time I'll go pick them up because who wants cold wings or fries.

If we could give this place a zero star I would! Off the bat, they said no boneless wings which we were there so whatever. We ordered at 826pm and still sitting at 9pm and still no food. We went to ask about our food and a refund because at this point it was ridiculous. We kept seeing others come in and out with their orders and people there eating getting their orders after us and thats when we became upset. So when we asked for a refund, the attitudes began from the staff! They were mad and rolling their eyes and didnt want to give us a refund. The manager came with an attitude himself and even told us to give back the cups they had given us when we ordered and had been drinking out of since we got there waiting for our food or he was going to charge us $3.29 per cup. Thats ridiculous! They wanted to punish us for their dirtiness and rudeness. It was dirty too and their attitudes just made the situation worse.
