Therefore I decided to call the Store this morning and speak to the Manager, Alyssa. She was willing to fix a new Pizza for me or issue a Store Credit. However I wanted a Refund and she said that I would have to come back to the Store because my signature is required. It's not easy for me to get around, but I felt very strongly about my request because I didn't receive what I paid for. Alyssa was very kind, apologetic and professional. I went to the store that is at least 8 Miles away from my home, Alyssa issued me a Refund and made my Order for a Stuff Crust Pepperoni Pizza with Extra Pepperoni. I wanted to post this Review because the Pizza was exactly what I wanted, Taste Very Good and a Pleasant Reminder of how I Remember Pizza Hut's Quality Food. I AM VERY HAPPY!“
