“New Owners! Delicious Persian and Pakistani (alternate pages of menu). We had their paneer appetizer). It had big cubes of soft Pakistani cheese in a tomato based cream sauce with finely chopped ginger. Fabulous. We also enjoyed a grilled eggplant with a Persian yogurt cultured from sheep and goat milks. The butter chicken was exceptional: he grills his chicken, chops it, then adds the juicy chunks of meat into his delectable sauce. His ground beef kabob was juicy and tender. I enjoyed an inhouse, freshly made mango lassi. Wow! We have enough leftover to enjoy a shared lunch tomorrow.”

“My boyfriend and I now frequent Sushi Star since discovering the place a couple of months ago! It’s always very clean. A very pleasant atmosphere. Our waitress has always been Yi. “This is my new favorite Asian restaurant it’s far from home but so worth the drive. From the decor to service to the amazing food…. I can’t say how refreshing it is to be able to eat clean healthy Asian cuisine. The owner is Bill and I’ve met him twice now. He’s passionate about his restaurants, yes I said restaurants plural. He let me know there’s one in Eldorado Hills and Folsom as well as this one I’m reviewing in Citrus Heights on Sunrise. It’s beautiful, clean, and the food is so very delicious! “Our table had some crumbs on it when we sat down. My lasagna was a little on the oily side. Nick gave us great service. The pay machine on the table grabbed my visa card info when I laid it unexpectedly in front of it. I was surprised as I had a gift card to use. “This place is a true gem! My husband and I have ate here twice now and we have NOT been disappointed. Our first time there he ordered a burger of some sort and I got the grilled chicken sandwhich in a lettuce wrap. Both were absolutely delicious. Our second time around he got the pesto crepe with fries, and I got the Mediterranean crepe with salad. We both agreed that my crepe was better, despite our love of pesto, but both were good. The fries and salad hit the spot as well, mostly because their ranch dressing is fantastic. Prices were definitely reasonable. I look forward to trying other things on the menu. Whether you want savory or sweet there's something for everyone!”

Lol come here and eat, the other dishes are mediocre and the hot pot we tried the first time wa so so due to the broths we weren’t a fan of and the meat and seafood weren’t of good quality and had gone bad when we had gotten to them in the fridge. Just stick with the papaya salad and noodles and you will be good to go! Eat here and good eating! Cheers!”

Just asked me to sign. It was 110.00. That's pretty pricey. You're averaging 15.70 a plate including one of the appetizers. The portions were good. Just shocked at the price of it all. I obviously wasn't expecting anything less than 80. But 110?”

“If you're looking for a new cafe to try out in Citrus Heights, you have to check out Greenhouse Cafe! This place is fantastic, and I cannot recommend it enough. First of all, the banana nut muffin is absolutely delicious. It's the perfect blend of flavors and is moist and fluffy. I would go back just for this muffin alone! But there's so much more to try at Greenhouse Cafe. The menu is full of amazing options, from breakfast items like avocado toast and breakfast sandwiches to salads, sandwiches, and more. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. Beyond the food, I was blown away by the generosity of the owner. I learned that the owner donated a lot of muffins to United Sikhs organization to help feed the homeless. This kind of kindness and generosity is truly admirable, and it only makes me want to support Greenhouse Cafe even more. Overall, if you're looking for a new go-to cafe in Citrus Heights, Greenhouse Cafe is definitely worth checking out. Menchie’s on Madison is hands down one of my favorite frozen yogurt places. They switch up the flavors regularly, so there’s always something yummy to try, and I love that it never feels stale or repetitive.

What really makes this location stand out is how welcoming they are to kids and toddlers—it’s such a friendly, family-friendly spot. The store is super clean, well-organized, and well-maintained, which makes every visit enjoyable. Even the bathroom is big, well-stocked, and spotless—which, let’s be honest, is a huge plus when you’ve got little ones in tow!

The employees are pleasant and efficient, not overly chatty, but they get the job done, and I appreciate that. The prices are fair, and they run great promotions from time to time, making it even more affordable.

At the end of the day, this is my go-to frozen yogurt spot. Whether I’m with my kids or catching up with friends, it’s always a great experience. Highly recommend!”

Bacon was giving yesterday's bacon vibes, and the cheese was barely present as well as the egg. No flavor....no love...sauces also sucked...too much oregano on the red sauce, and why was there even oregano in the green sauce? Idk...but obviously I won't be back. Sorry Betos... $13 for that pathetic excuse for a #24 was crazy work. No, thank you! Lesson learned. Sad to say but Aldalbertos is king of the breakfast burrito in the North Area.”

I think the corn needs more stuff in it. Than again I was maybe thinking it would taste more like elote with Cheetos on it so that maybe why I was a bit disappointed, but than I had the mangonada and omfg. It was the perfect summer dessert honestly. The freeze with the actually sweet mango drizzled in that spicy goodness. If you’re ever overheated and want something cool and delicious just go here seriously if they had alcohol added to that they would have customers out the door.

The service was quick. The guy was very fast at what he does definitely recommend.

“We dine here about once a week. The food, wow, it is great! I love the walnut shrimp, the Mongolian beef, chow main, and fried rice. My daughter loves when they make her special chow main with nothing in it, just noodles please she says to the nice lady who works there. My husband always gets everything extra spicy. Even with all our modifications they are so kind and willing to make everything to order, and did I mention how clean and beautifully decorated. We really enjoy everything at wonderful Chinese.

Parking: They have about 10 parking spots but they usually have an open spot.
I've never had any difficulty finding a parking spot.

Kid-friendliness: They are so good with kids. My daughter asks them for spaghetti and they make her chow main with ketchup on it. If your kid likes any of their ingredients they will make it for them.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair parking but if you use a wheelchair it may be difficult to get in and out because the spaces are close together.”
