Called in sandwich order today at 2:40 PM, the person taking the order was low tone in speaking. When I requested the order I told her I had some modifications. When I asked for the modifications, she said, that doesn’t normally come with that. I said, I know, that’s why I’m asking for it. She then replied, “You don’t need to be rude.” I said, I wasn’t being g rude, I was clarifying what I wanted. She then said, is that all? I said yes please. She then hung up on me. When I went to pick up the sandwiches, she was a younger girl heavyset behind the counter at approximately 2:45 PM. My receipt time says 247 which was rung up by a young man, while she finished making the sandwiches. When The sandwiches were done, she walked over and plopped the bag on the counter. She didn’t say here’s your order, she didn’t say thank you, she plopped the bag on the counter, turned her back and walked away. It’s not that she’s rude, it’s that she’s so incredibly immature. If she’s going to be that immature, why is she even waiting on people and working in a public place? I realize it’s difficult to find good help today, but now that fast food pay is up to $20 per hour, you would think they could find bettet staff, or at least people with some sense of customer service. It’s unfortunate. She was so rude after accusing me of being rude over the phone. She said I was rude for just telling her what I wanted on my sandwich. One more funny side note. I requested sandwich #27, she said, “We don’t have that, what is it? I said, it’s a BLT sandwich. When I got the receipt, it showed sandwich #27! Too funny! This location needs better help, better staff, better train people. Victoria is named as the server on the receipt.

Oh I love Togos the one on San Juan in Greenback in Citrus Heights. Best sandwiches ever staff is awesome. Food is awesome fresh just a great old-school sandwich.

We hadn't been to Togo's in a long time and decided to order a tray of sandwiches for our daughter's birthday pool party. Victoria called me to talk about condiments and produce, and helped us have a perfect lunch for our friends and family. The sandwiches were delicious, and priced right. Victoria even helped us pack the sandwiches in our ice chest. Awesome customer service. Thank you! We will be back soon!
I usually go to Jersey Mikes bc our family loves a good sandwich. I haven't been to a Togos in probably about 10 years but I remember it used to be really good. So I decided to switch it up and take my son to Togos for a quick dinner since my husband was home sleeping after knee surgery. I instantly regretted it. The bread was hard on both sandwiches and the girl working (who wasn't friendly AT ALL) didn't even ask what kind of bread my son wanted. Luckily she just made it on white bc he's super picky so that worked. I was then charged for two combos even though we only got one drink and one bag of chips. I told her, and she took off the chips. I then asked if I was charged for two sodas and she said no. I made sure to ask for a receipt and when we sat down I checked it and I was charged for two sodas $5. This wouldn't have been such a big deal if I didn't specifically ask her if she charged me for two, or even if the food was good. I can see why it was dead in there. The quality just doesn't compare to other sandwich shops. I would have asked for a refund but we had to hurry back home to my husband. Gave two stars bc my son spilled his drink and went for a refill and the guy working stopped eating his lunch to come help him bc the girl was busy with someone else.

Went in to order da couole sandwiches and the employee told me to move down to other end of counter I replied oh . I’m reading the menu I can’t see. Blank response and he said move down so I can serve this customer. I again as I was walking away said I can’t see the board and no apology, nothing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE .Soooo I walked out and took MY MONEY AND SELF TO GO.

I went here on Monday June 5 @4:30 As I walked up to counter employee told me to move over and another associate worked help me, as I perused the menu board I walked down a few steps to see the sandwich I was looking for and the joint man said oh I need you to move over, I said okay I'm looking at the menu ... as I saw the number of the sandwich I wanted the rude kid said again to me . I need you to move over so I can help a guest (guy behind me ) rude dismissive . I've been going to that sandwich shop since 1982 . Never have I been upset or treated that way!!!! Bad customer service . Flippant unprofessional ride employee . I took my money and myself TOGO! I walked out .
