The best waitresses SUSANA G. AND ELIZABETH R. I recommend this 2 excellent waitresses, I had them both in different days, they pay attention to details of their tables and needs of their customers.The lady manager is excellentThan the Asian Manager Jonathan Niu is racist, has no carring of the business, treated 3 older people non carring. Visited several times and still noticed Manager Jonathan Niu treating customers bad which in turn makes and reflexes into Red Lobster bad, of what kind of manager Red Lobster hired and not being corrected. I guess there is one wrotten apple from a great bunch.Parking: Plenty of parking and space around your car.

I made a reservation yesterday for dinner at 7.00pm for 9 people with Nadine, who I believe is the Manageress. When we went today with my relatives who came from abroad and told the lady at the counter about my reservation, she at once loudly said I don’t have a reservation under your name or any reservation for 9 people at 7pm. She was rude and so loud that even my relatives who were standing near the door heard all what she said. When I told her that the name of the lady who made the reservation was Nadine , she said that she was Nadine. I thanked God under my breath for taking her name as that was the only proof I had to show her that I made the reservation. I was very disappointed for the way Nadine handled the situation specially in front of foreigners. They were shocked and was telling me how politely they are treated in restaurants in their country. Apart from Nadine’s rude behaviour and a bit of confusion in the dishes we ordered, I must say the food was excellent and the girl who served us was very pleasant and did her best. One more suggestion before I conclude, it would be nice if the server can bring the bill in a cover rather than just handing over the piece of paper to the client.

Negative one!!! Everyone around was being served even newer ones that just sat down. They were provided bread as I watched everyone table got served with no one coming to our area. Servers do not want to make eye contact nor happy to acknowledge the patrons requests as I observed. I get that each server "only serves" their table (s) but to not have the effort to acknowledge or even make eye contact with the other patrons does not seem to be a sound business strategy. Wish everyone adapts to the idea of "one team, one goal, one spirit,"

Red lobster is one of those restaurants we're you go to meet your in laws but your balling on a budget but not really lol ! Overall the service was nice I mean at 8pm it was kind of slow only 2 servers but not too many people The ambiance was laid back as well I mean there wasn't too many things that stood out the decor was pretty bland as well I mean the fact that they have lobster there as well was pretty cool as well! The food tbh was pretty bland it tasted like it was reheated in a microwave Overall my experience fell kind of short I think red lobster was just over hyped

Visited Red lobster on 12/16/23 around 5:00pm no wait time we were seated as soon as we walked through the doors and we were greeted. Our waitress was attentive and helpful with questions we had. We ordered the lobster it was delicious especially with the butter. My mom loved her salmon and lobster. Our waitress refilled our bread basket several times with fresh out of the oven cheddar biscuits. We will definitely be returning for more lobster in the future. We had a pleasant dinner experience very cozy atmosphere.

It's been awhile since I've eaten here. I came here today for lunch at the City of Industry location with my husband and daughter. The restaurant was well decorated for the holidays. We got here early to miss the lunch crowd. The hostess sat us by a window table which likely are the more coveted tables. The menu is extensive and took some time to go over. Our server was patient and suggested we pick an appetizer then order when we're ready. We decided to try the calamari which surprisingly had only the ' ovals' and no tentacles ( my daughter appreciated that ). We each chose an entree. 1. Lunch special : shrimp linguine (pick two sides) with broccoli and popcorn shrimp. - just the perfect amount for lunch. Linguine had enough Alfredo sauce and the shrimp were tender. 2. Bowl of chowder & a Caesar salad 3. Lobster tail $ Shrimp scampi with French fries - moist and tender lobster meat lifted from the shell and garlicky & buttery shrimp scampi. We will definitely come back sooner this time to enjoy other menu items! ... and save room for dessert!

My family celebrated my Dad's Birthday This year here at Red Lobster, City of Industry, CA. It was my treat to Dad so I had better pick The Most upscale restaurant. The staff was efficient and friendly. My mom requested to switch a table because the booth was too narrow. The waitress was accommodating enough on that request and got us a round table. Any ways, upon waiting to order, our waiter whose name I escaped sent us their butter biscuits. OMgosh. Now those were some delectable biscuits. We immediately requested for seconds, and those biscuits turned out to be my dinner leftovers.We ordered 3 separate dishes of Maine Lobster Tails and nobody had Any leftovers. We all chowed down our lobster tails within an hour or so. Since then, I've been craving their butter biscuits. I have got to order those for take out again soon. You had me at Hello, Red Lobster, City of Industry, CA. I'll be back.

We visited this location in the City of Industry for late lunch. Parking: FreeAmbiance: Family oriented; couples; pleasant. They have good music playing, and they are not busy around 2 pm. Food: On the bland side. Cheddar biscuit tasted different. Lacks flavor. Main entrée- I got the build your own ultimate feast and selected maine lobster, crab legs, grilled shrimp, rice, fries, and shrimp fettuccine alfredo. The other plate included maine lobster, shrimp fettuccine alfredo, grilled shrimps, mashed potato, and rice. Both were good. We also got the chocolate martini, and that was really good too. Service: The waiter was attentive and nice. He was the bartender and our server at the same time. He was personable and fast to attend to our needs. Until we asked for the salt and pepper. Our table didn't have the S&P, unlike the other tables, so we asked for it. The salt container was empty. So we asked for another one. We were given an almost empty salt container, and the container was sticky. I can only imagine how many people touched these with their hands while snapping the shells off their lobsters and crabs. Yuck! That was disappointing. They should pay attention to these things as this is a sanitary issue, especially at a food establishment. Unfortunately, I have to recommend a different location to others if sanitary is your top priority.
