Manager was very demanding and disrespectful to his employees and disrespectful to my family as well. Everybody was ok except the manager. He has an extreme power trip and we will not be stopping by this wingstop ever again. It is very unfortunate that one person can destroy a business and give my family and I a very bad experience.

Don't order from here I placed an order online for pick up but when I went to pick up the order I was told my food was picked up by an uber delivery driver. I than questioned how is that possible if I ordered for pick up. They were super rude and told me to call uber customer service. My card ended getting charged and I left with no food, also uber didn't want to issue a refund because it was the restaurant fault for giving the order to a driver. I spoke to the manager and she was super rude as if she was having a bad day or maybe she hates her job. I will never come back to this location as you can see there already rated 2 stars.

Horrible service, the waitress at the counter was rude, food waiting to too long, I was ordered on Thur. Afternoon like 3:00 and got my food 3:45 , no customer service

I placed my order close to 5pm today. Waited for 17 mins. Grab my order and go home. Around 6:30 pm dinner time, open the bag and I got two of the same Korean BBQ instead of Hawaiian. I called in, and the staff said to call back tomorrow. I asked for the manager and kept telling me to just call back tomorrow. Then i asked for his name and just put me on hold and hung up. So rude. I can't believe there was no supervisor in charge. I did not have dinner since I couldn't eat spicy stuff.

Ordered online at 417pm. Email confirmation states order will be ready in 16-21 minutes. It is currently 517pm and I am still waiting for my order.

bad service the employees are not educated in treating customers you order online and you just want to take your order to leave and you need your soda from the fountain it turns out that they make you wait until they put all the spare parts in the machine and the employee is very slow and uneducated How sad the youth in these times

If this wasn’t the only Wingstop around, they’d be done. The food is always average, and I’ve never gone there without them either messing up the order or completely missing items that I’ve paid for.Check your order before you leave- especially when you’re ordering online or through Uber. They just don’t care and don’t mind because people keep coming back.

I've been here before plenty of times but this is the first time ever I have been unsatisfied. First off I had to wait to order food and the cashier didn't even acknowledge my existence or said give me a moment I'll be right with you. As she was fiddling with register I had to wait for another associate to ask me if had ordered and finally got to order. Second I have never waited more than 30 minutes for fast food. There was people coming in and out that were getting quicker service than I was and I was there before all these other crowds. Came here for something quick and easy but that was not the case. They had a good amount of people working I don't understand why our orders didn't come out as soon as everyone else ordering after us. I had to ask about our orders and said he would check on it and never got back to me saying it almost done sorry about the wait, nothing!!! I'm very disappointed in my service today.

Literally the WORST LOCATION!! They told us our order would be ready in 20 minutes. My boyfriend got there in 30 minutes and he still had to wait an additional 35 minutes for our order to be ready. We waited an hour and five minutes for our order to be ready when we were told 20 minutes. When we finally got our food, the french fries were the thin crispy bottom of the bag, french fries with no seasoning and my garlic Parmesan wings had absolutely no Parmesan on them. This is the closest location to us and it sucks because we absolutely love Wingstop, but this location is just not it.

This place is the worst avoid this place . Something they don't tell you is if you order online they won't drop the wings till you get there and verify .. yet they still tell you a wait time. So you wait 30 mins for them to get ready then get there just to wait again. But wait there is more!! They have to check your card number so you have to have the card you ordered with use an Apple Card where it changes number every order your SOL. It's not thought out .

Order taker was rude and mumbling, right from the beginning. We were seeing a movie at 1pm so we thought Wingstop would be good food without waiting. It took 30 minutes and complaining to get our wings! Then another 10 minutes to get greasy fries. By the time the fries arrived, we had to leave for the movie, but the fries looked gross anyway. At least the chicken was good but will never ever go to this location again. Maybe never to a Wingstop again if this is how things are.

Worse staff of all time. My wife waited 42min for 15 wings and 1 fry. I called to express my concern. They could've cared less, woman manager called me a liar, I said really? Wow you guys dont care huh? told me to shut up and hung up. Unbelievable.

At first I was skeptical as to why this location has such a low rating with SO many reviews. Generally when there's such a skew like that it's usually the fact that the restaurant just opened or there's not many reviews in general, but after ordering from here I can see why. I already knew that the wait was going to be abysmal as I've had that wait ordering in person here years ago, so I opted to order online for pick up. We were stuck in Costco gas traffic line and picked up our boba before heading here and we still had to wait for our order to be ready, albeit not as long as it would have been if we had waited there after ordering in person. I don't want to go into the weeds here like I do with my other reviews, but this were some issues that we've had. 1) Our Spicy Korean Q boneless wings were drenched and drowned in sauce to be at the point where the exterior was soggy, but somehow the interior was still dry?? It was also not spicy and just a sour sauce to be honest. 2) Lakers Legendary Garlic boneless wings were just the boneless wings with some, I guess, slightly different parmesan powder on top. It was just alright. 3) We ordered ranch and bleu cheese but ended up getting ranch and honey mustard sauces. 4) We got a regular fries and well done fries but they were both exactly the same with no differences between them whatsoever. They were also pretty soggy too. The best part of our order were the cajun corn on the cob pieces, but I only ate them since they were a bit too spicy for my family. Unfortunately quite a mid experience.
