As someone who never considered myself a wine person, my experience at Carvalho Family Winery changed my perspective! The atmosphere inside is very unique, and the knowledgeable staff were able to tell my boyfriend and I all about the wine bottling process which was awesome. I love carvalho family winery. My wife and I got married at old sugar mill and we loved carvalho so much we soon became wine members. They are always so nice and greet you like friends whenever you visit. And obviously the wine is also great.

The service is incredibly sweet and so friendly, walking you through the bottling process very patiently, and recommending excellent combinations. They're very forthcoming with samples, the wine tastes great, and the sangria is perfect for strolling the grounds with a friend. I've made many grateful friends and family with a bottle of wine as a gift, make sure to bring a couple extra bottles home with you!
