Got here in a time crunch and hoping for my online order to be ready. We walk on to the workers in sweats and sitting on their phone trying to hide it when we walk in. They say "they don't take online orders because they get scammed" even though they check their system that has my order on it. They said they'll "do it this time because mine came through." I told them I'm on a major time crunch and needed it to be ready so how long? They say five minutes. They then move at a glacial pace with no concern and here I am still waiting. There was no "sorry about that." Service is horrible. I usually go to campus point (who is stingy but typically nicer and has food so I go for the food) and won't frequent this one. They then sit there and rinse their blender consistently where I had to interrupt them and say I really have to go because I'm running late now, They had the bulls ready and she stopped that she was doing and gave me the bowls. Just having me wait while she cleaned. Then no napkins, and no apologies for any of it.

drinks are good, but the store is always dirty, and smells horrible. I have only ever been to this location so I'm not sure if the other locations are like this. Doesn't really seem sanitary.

This place has the best smoothies I've ever had. I always get the starburst. Tastes so fresh and it should because the oh and almond milk in it are made/squeezed in house. They cost a little more but all the ingredients are organic. Nice to have the option for a healthy smoothie. Staff is friendly and service is good.

An employee that made my smoothie today didn't wash her hands or put on gloves before making it. She handled the cash register when she took my order. Then while making the smoothie, she took another order and handled cash, then went back to making my smoothie again without washing her hands or putting on gloves. Since she was touching the ingredients that went straight into the blender with her hands, I decided to just throw the smoothie away because I was so grossed out.

Finally decided to give this place a shot. Walking in their tv menu board was down. They had a printed menu on the counter that was dirty. One person working here that day who was still in her pajamas. I was the only person in store and was told it would be a twenty minute wait because of online orders. Another business prioritizing the customers who aren’t in store over the ones who are.

Extremely disappointed about a visit on a Monday mid morning. There was only 4 juices in the case, no green. Someone apparently called to have a 3 day juice cleanse (18 juices) put aside for pick-up, left no juices for other customers. This has actually happened before, I feel there needs to be a better way to serve your customers on a Monday.

The smoothie was good...yes I still finished it. I was hungry but the lady didn't wash her hands. She was mopping before I came in. There were dead gnats by the entrance in the glass frame. I won't be going back.
The food was decent however when I wanted to gain the girls attention the completely disregarded me when I had spoken up multiple times politely to gain their attention and only glanced over with a smirk. If you want a better review hire girls that do their job without a chip on their shoulder. Will not be coming to this location again. Love their campus point location however.

Tried to visit this place a few times, love the one in Fresno but this location seems always closed. No sign posting of hours of operations on the window.Finally got in and saw the hours on the counter so I asked why they didn't post them on the window, they did not seemed concern. Trying to help I guess it didn't come across that way
