“I live in Visalia, but I work in Clovis. I will say this…… This is the only Starbucks that I have frequented that has never once messed up an order of mine. I go every morning for work and even when there’s a rush hour, the wait is minimal. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Amazing team!“
“I like my coffee sweet and in this mobile order, I forgot to add any creamer or milk! Luckily, the pumpkin cold foam was sweet enough to make the drink delicious! This was free because I used 100 stars :DThis location was quick! I was able to pick up my drink 3 minutes after ordering it!“
“This is my favorite Starbucks and today they proved why. Yesterday I ordered as usual through mobile app. On my way I got a call and had to abandon coffee. I called store as there's no way to cancel and spoke with Matt who told me they would be happy to remake any time in next 48 hours. I called this morning to try and get it made ahead and Shane was so helpful and got it done for me. That's customer service! I am very appreciative.“
“I’ve become a more frequent customer at this location recently mostly due to the convenience of the location but also because of the friendly staff! I usually order ahead on my app before arriving and the last time I visited there was a little confusion over my order and a employee named Jacob was quick to remake my order resolving the issue with no hassle! He was so friendly and his customer service skills are on point!!!“
“It's a Starbucks! This location has one wall-length mural of coffee leaves on a green, canvas-looking texture. There is a good amount of seating, with one large table in the center of the seating area, and some nice window bench seating. (As of July of '23)There is good bike parking, and some of the best outdoor seating of any nearby locations, alldirectly connected to the sidewalk! It's also nearby a grocery store and several restaurants, local as well as chains, as well as having a very nice barber right across the parking lot, all within easy walking distance in the same parking lot. The bathrooms are always open and cleaned regularly, as well. This location does also feature charging ports near all tables, as well.One issue: the seats are rather hard wood, with no soft ones to be found...The drink pickup is right by the ordering counter to the rear of the floor from the front door, if anyone was wondering. (≧▽≦)All in all, definitely a good Starbucks.“
“Starbucks has the best roasted espresso coffee to go. Smells great when they grind up the coffee beans. For a long time I've always appreciated the excellent service. When I was still working a few years back I had a early morning service call to attend to at 5:00 A. M. On the way to friant I stopped at Starbucks for a Green Tea being that I was recovering from a flu bug. The supervisor told me they were out and asked if I would accept a different herbal tea which was good with me. I was getting ready to pay for my tea and supervisor on duty was telling me there is no need to pay after I was willing to pay and the supervisor was saying we should've had what you originally asked for so it's on us. I've always had very good service at a Starbucks no matter what location I've gone to. I know they've been around a long time and I hope they're around for many more years to come. A Business like this deserves 10 stars. Thanks Starbucks. Keep up the great customer service.“
“The location of this Starbucks makes it convenient to grab a hot or cold drink when picking up some groceries. If you have the Vons app you can even get a discount coupon for a drink. The baristas are usually pretty friendly and make my drinks correctly, but I usually order pretty simple drinks. When I have my grandkids with me they like to get the cake pops and I always get them a nice, cold kids sized cup of ice water to wash them down with. Just a note about gift cards, they don't have usually have the cute selection other stores might have.“
“SO SAD THEY CHANGED THEIR LOCATION. This Starbucks has always been "hands down" the best Starbucks in town. Been coming here for almost 10 years. The people who worked there were always so incredibly genuine and friendly. Always such a pleasure being here just to hang out, study, grab a quick treat, etc. Loved the fact that they always cared for their customers and made every single drink taste delicious! Now they're located just down the street next to Costco and boy! Location is not great due to tons of traffic and even LOTS of more of customers. Which means, it probably won't be a great place to study or hang out anymore because there's going to be a crowd of people. I hope drinks will still taste the same even when it gets hectic. It also looks like there's new employees as well and some of the original ones had left. So sad. Will surely miss this place!“
“It's a very clean location! The staff are very casual and extremely friendly and helpful. The cashier that night helped my mom get her gift card set up and put in the numbers for her, and helped us get a good deal on our beverages.They are NOT open till 10:30 anymore: only until 10:00 PM. They are open from 4:30, though; earlybirds rejoice!It's a very spacious seating area, and the outside seating is shady and comfortable, if a little close to the cars. The chargers are plentiful, and there is soft seating. The WIFI is unusually fast here. Also: there is a large amount of ADA accessible seating here, in fact it's the majority.All in all, 10/10 location! Highly reccomend.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible. Very good accommodations, with most seating wheelchair accessible. 10/10.“
“3/29/24 - Fairly good Starbucks location!Situated within walking distance of shopping, nice outdoor seating, if a little unsheltered from the sun at times, and the staff are exceptional. Inside is pleasantly lit, but there is no soft seating. The window seats are very nice, and there's some nice secluded corner spots with shaded window light to the left of the entrance.Like I said, the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The music, on my visit, was at a reasonable volume, easily drowned out by my quiet, over-ear headphones.This location, as of today, does have working outlets. There is no soft seating, unfortunately, but there is lots of ADA accessible seating available, with a long table at wheelchair height in an open and central situation. As for the internet, I got a measly 10 megabits per second up and down: maybe some light video calls if you're lucky, but don't push it.With poor WiFi and no soft-seating (which is a big deal after a while of sitting down) I'll give this place a 7/10. Still very serviceable with it's central location and cozyness.Wheelchair accessibility: Excellent wheelchair accessibility. Lots of tables.“
“This is one of my favorite Starbucks. My drink is correct 100% of the time, the staff is all friendly, kind, professional. They take time to talk to you. The inside of the store is clean and big. Drive through can get busy but it's because of the location. It's an excellent Starbucks! Definitely go!“
“Pretty standard Starbucks, drinks are good, food is fair. They’re very on top of mobile orders usually which is much appreciated. Most of the baristas are friendly and greet you at the register or pickup area. Shoutout to Trevor who’s usually on drive thru when I visit. He’s always personable, friendly, and has a smile on his face.“
“It was pouring down rain but since it was my daughter 's birthday today she got one free? And my granddaughter had a coupon buy one and get one free...what a deal and they still was a big line for coffee. Staff were great, Good Service.“
