This is my favorite Starbucks and today they proved why. Yesterday I ordered as usual through mobile app. On my way I got a call and had to abandon coffee. I called store as there's no way to cancel and spoke with Matt who told me they would be happy to remake any time in next 48 hours. I called this morning to try and get it made ahead and Shane was so helpful and got it done for me. That's customer service! I am very appreciative.
Kim is so sweet and talkative. She completely made my day with just a 2 minute conversation. I've never seen her there before so she might be new, but just for her customer service this Starbucks gets 5 stars.

(I'll preface to say that they looked like they were short handed as I only saw 3 persons working at 8:30 am)I was not greeted coming in, and stood around for a bit before anyone acknowledged me or took my order.
