Place looks clean the service they need more help in front counter but what is just not acceptable at all are does nasty restrooms that look like they never cleaned them my daughter was not even able to used them.

The menu price said $6.29 and I was charged $8.49. When I asked for a refund from the manager Lizabeth and she said she could not do it. She said that's what they cost. I showed her the price on the menu behind her and she refused to do it. She said I would have to come the following day. She may be pocketing the difference I don't know. Every time I visit this location there's always a problem with their food and service. I requested a full refund and funny she was able to manage that. I have added pictures of receipts and menu.

I made an online order to get a bogo deal and I asked about it at the drive through just to make sure everything is correct. They usually get it wrong but I still go back for my food.Today at the drive through they made me wait 10 mins and the application stated it was ready to pick up. When I ordered online I made sure I waited 15 mins to give them time to make it too.I had to go inside and wait and made me wait there too.I never got the bogo deal buy one get one free stuffed quesadilla taco. I wanted to speak to the manager and they said she was on break. I was willing to wait but she never came to speak to me at all.All I wanted was a free stuffed quesadilla carne asada that was for my son. Called too but they never picked up. It was unprofessional for the manager not speak to a customer that orders often since the company stands for customer service.
