Found this gem on the main drag in this small town. In fact it was basically the only place open in this stretch of buildings on a Friday morning. Wow what a selection they had in here everything looked so good! We got some coffee and a few scones and a bunch of stuffed bagels! Wow they are wonderful we took them home and enjoyed them for the next few days. They are definitely a full meal and stuffed to the max. The ladies were so nice and welcoming. This little bakery is adorable! Right on the Main Street in historic downtown Colfax (easily accessed from 80 and plenty of parking while you explore and enjoy). I love their sandwiches and pastries. Fresh bread, with thick hearty slices. I recently had a delicious BLT. Yum! Highly recommend as a great alternative to a fast food breakfast or lunch. Sit outside and enjoy the beauty of downtown and fresh mountain air or the cute and cozy inside if the weather isn't cooperating....read full review
