These are a Southern California I.E. staple, they taste exactly how they did when I was a kid. All the flavors are amazing and the price is always right, the Arizona teas of the snack world. Don’t ever change or stop making these!!!
When you're in the mood for a good old-fashioned junk food fix, Mrs Redd's pies fit the bill. They're like Hostess pies were back in the 1960s & 70s, only not so cloyingly sweet and with a crust that that tastes like food, not cardboard. They aren't high-end gourmet and they don't pretend to be, but they are surprisingly tasty. I've liked every flavor I've tried. Hadn't had one of these in years! Last night one of the guys brought some to the poker game. What a treat. Delicious! Then I remembered that I had delivered flour to that location in Colton back in the 70's. Nice to see a family business still doing their thing some 50 years later! Will be looking for more very soon.
