I work in the area, and I get tired of the monotony of the same old, same old. As soon as I step up to the counter at Slicers I feel like I just stepped into Brooklyn's streets and I am taken back into my days living in Bay Ridge, walking from Sunset Park to Dyker heights, you will find some of the best delis in America. Slicers THANK YOU for bringing that same experience here on the West Coast... you make me miss Brooklyn every time I visit!

I Just left this place the cashier was very rude. I ordered at 11 a.m. today Thursday on 3/16/23 I guess it was her rudeness after ordering she spoke with the cook. That breakfast burrito was so HOT I bured my upper part of my mouth no I work at Dodger stadium and we have food temperature so our customers cannot burn their mouths. I'm very much thinking her attitude than talking to the Cook made that happen on purpose. The cashier has jet-black hair parted in the middle very flat in the front of her head it's like she's deceiving her black hair. Just be careful with her she has very quick and bad attitude.

It's really hard to find a lettuce wrapped sandwich these days, let alone a vegetarian option. I'm gluten free and have a rare meat allergy forcing me to have strict dietary needs. This sandwich shop hit the spot!!!! I ordered the Veg-E-Tate sandwich lettuce wrapped add cheese and Mayo. It came out perfect! The size was beyond my expectations and the flavor was very fresh. The wait for it was definitely below normal timing and the associate was friendly and helpful. If a veggie sandwich tastes this good, the meat sandwiches have got to be banging as well! I miss meat, but the patrons around me seemed to really be enjoying their selections. Last but not least, they have amazing coleslaw! I'm from the south so l'm very picky about coleslaw as east coast does it the best. Slicers nailed it. If you're in the area, definitely give slicers a try. You won't be disappointed. Cheers!

I hate leaving bad reviews but I am baffled at how they have such high ratings. These are quite literally the worst sandwiches I've ever eaten, and ya girl LOVES sandwiches :( Cheap meat, sauces aren't good, and the mac salad and potato salad are disgusting... We got the New York Rachel and Corned Beef Reuben and didn't even finish half of either one. Basically threw 2 whole sandwiches plus our Mac and potato salads away :( I dislike wasting food like that but they were almost inedible to us. I'm not a picky eater so it's rare that I dislike something this much. My bf said the workers are nice though, so I'm sorry to leave a negative review!!

Where to begin... placed an order at 11:30 for pick up, they said 25 minutes. Great, so I arrive and they said a few more minutes. Okay, I wait, wait, wait... wasn't ready for an HOUR! Meanwhile at least fifteen people come up and order and they all got their orders before I did. All the while my tuna melt was sitting on the back counter. Who wants a cold, wet, soggy tuna melt? Don't waste your money, or your time, it's not worth it. And to review the food... what deli doesn't make their own potato salad? They buy some canned junk from wholesaler, literally the worst possible potato salad on the planet. I mean at least they could have used Costco, but no, way worse than that. And when I finally did get my order and explained the disservice of saying 25 minutes when it was going to be an hour they didn't say a thing, no apology, no "I know, here is a cookie", nothing. One thing to have bad food and bad service but to have total disdain for the customer cannot be forgiven. It's not like they were understaffed, there were folks all over the place. Do not waste your time.

This is my first time at Silicers New York Deli at the Commerce Commons food court but my wife have eaten here before. The food court is open Monday to Friday close at 3PM or early. I step in the food courts they varieties of food stands then I went to the Slicers New York Deli then I was looking at the menu they have very choices of sandwiches choices.I decided to order the Suga Mama it have maple glazed honey turkey with provolone cheese with vegetables and with honey mustard on toasted sqaw bread also comes with coleslaw but they ran out but they give a option potato salad add $1. I decided to bring it home. When I got home I unwrapped the Boarhead wrap you know they use high quality meats and other ingredients in this sandwich.One bite of the Suga Mama sandwich wow what intense flavors in the sandwich and so much flavor in one bite. The maple glazed honey turkey was amazing good I really enjoy it including the toasted sqaw bread add it other level of flavor. I really the potato salad I notice this scratch made potato salad I couldn't tell how good is it. Next time I need to a different sandwich also they use Boarhead products in their sandwiches.
Haven't been here but it looks good I wanna go try it

This place is located in a little food court but wow this sandwich was amazing. Better than some I've had in nyc. The rachel is so good I'm going to get it every time I'm around this area. Quick and friendly service with a great sandwich. I thought the portion was perfect for the price, loved it.

I absolutely love this spot! Hands down the best turkey club I've ever had. And I've had lots lol. They use the freshest, highest quality ingredients and you can taste it. They also give you choice of sides with your sandwich, which was nice. They were very friendly. Thanks so much staff. Ps they're only open til 3pm and closed weekends. so make sure you get they're on time. And day enjoy this little gem
