“This place was wonderful! We celebrated my fiancé’s birthday here, and the staff went above and beyond — they even gave us the best booth in the house. Multiple team members wished him a happy birthday, which was so sweet.😊

“I had the Maséhati pizza, and it was absolutely amazing. The ingredients were so fresh, and the flavors were incredible. The warm aroma of basil pesto paired perfectly with the savory and flavorful prosciutto topping. The ricotta cheese was soft, creamy, and just downright delicious. On top of that, the owner was super friendly and welcoming. This is hands down the best pizza spot in LA. If you’re craving pizza, you have to try this place!“

We also loved the Rucola salad with the lemony dressing, as well as the Carciofi (artichoke) app. And the pappardelle pasta was delish as always! “I would describe De La Nonna as an elevated pizza restaurant. As with most pizza joints, they serve up beer, salad and pizza, but this not your standard fare.

Start off with a craft beer, wine, or a fancy cocktail (or mocktail). Lots of choices to be had.

For starters, we ordered the market salad which had a fantastically light tangerine(?) dressing. The dressing on the ceaser salad was a bit heavy, but it was still tasty.

The eggplant caponata appeared to have been lightly fried and coated in a sweet and savory sauce. Very good.

As for the pizzas, all were insanely good. Each was like a pillowy soft deep dish pizza and they all came with the best crispy edges.

IMO the roasted mushroom pizza was the best — and I'm not a fan of mushrooms.

Prices are a bit higher than you would find at a typical pizza place, but again, these are not your typical pizzas. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere, chill.

Stopped by around 8pm the other night and I believe Jeremy was helping me, nice guy and offered good recommendations. I went with the Mortadella focaccia and it was outstanding!

It's served slightly warmed as the focaccia is toasted which offers a nice contrast in temperature and texture from the filing. The bread is out of this world. I know the flavor but it just can't come to me as I write this review, but there is so much flavor packed into the bread, I could buy loaves of that alone. It's crusty on the outside and pillowy on the inside.

The mortadella is piled high with good pieces of pistachio and a slight saltiness. The burrata is creamy and smooth while the pistachio cream offers a nice nuttiness and more rustic flavor to blend everything together. Such simplicity truly makes the best sandwiches.“

my job gives you a free 1-topping pizza for your birthday and i said meatlovers. apparently “meatlovers is not 1 topping” so i doubled down and said “prosciutto” to which i was told “if you can find a spot that has just prosciutto, let us know”

I got a craving for woodfired pizza and this was exactly what I was looking for, the smoky thin crust was amazing. The Dr. Pepper was perfectly carbonated, the side of mild buffalo wings was excellent, the sauce was exactly how it should be and was a great compliment to the pizza. The fries were crispy and well seasoned, and whoever made the playlist they are playing, has a great taste in music, wide variety of songs and all were family friendly and made for a great atmosphere. definitely coming back.“

I like Friday nights they have karaoke, but if you’re trying to have a conversation that would not be the place to go on a Friday night they have excellent wings and the pastrami fries are amazing my husband and I just started to go for brunch. There’s usually not a wait and the brunch is decent and the prices are fair. The customer service can be inconsistent at times on the weekends. I have always had good service on Friday night.“

“We love the ambience at gra. And I’m so happy to see more restaurants coming into the many vacant storefronts in this neighborhood. Gra has an incredible vibe. Wonderful service and unbelievably great music. We do wish for two things though. We love traditional full-bodied reds by the glass. They are hard to come by. We also love fresh vegetables, and as much as we love the fermented veggies we’d love to mix it up with more variety. Looking forward to becoming loyal, patrons and exploring this restaurant more.“

“Pizza by Georgios may not catch your eye from the outside, as the décor is a bit outdated, but don’t let that fool you. The true highlight here is the pizza and their delicious cheesesteak sandwiches , which is above average and well worth a visit. The crust is perfectly crispy, the toppings are generous, and the flavors come together beautifully. It’s clear they take pride in their ingredients and preparation.

While the service is standard, efficient but nothing fancy. However the quality of the food makes up for it. If you’re looking for great pizza without the frills, this spot absolutely deserves 5 stars.

“My family and I are not the biggest fan of pizza. However we decided to order some pizza, but from a place we've never tried. Pizza Cafe LA came up on google as one of the closest places with quite good reviews, so I decided to try and ordered to pick up. (My orders were ready on time!)

I ordered two large pizzas with chicken wings.
Pizzas were very nice. All of us enjoyed every slice of it.
AND chicken wings! Honey BBQ and buffalo flavors. They were so crispy and the best of all, I LOVED the ranch? they gave to us. I don't think I ever enjoyed the dipping sauce that much in my life.

We will definitely come back in near future!“

“I visited here for coffee and their delicious gyro sandwiches prior to radiation treatment on my throat across the street at Kaiser. The treatment left my throat was so sore I couldn't eat any solid food for nearly a year. But now my throat is better and I look so much forward to returning. “My family and I love Big T’s! We’ve been enjoying their pies since they first opened. Recently we had a party for my son’s birthday and we ordered a bunch of pizzas and wings from here. It was our first time ordering a large order from big T’s. We got so many compliments on both the wings and the pies, and most if not all were asking where we ordered from. Also ordering online was a breeze, their website makes it super easy when most online ordering can be super frustrating because it doesn’t give the right options or option to type. “We first found Big Al's Pizzeria on IG. All of their pizzas caught our eye because of the unique flavors that they serve. You can tell that they use High Quality, Fresh Ingredients and take pride in their creations, especially with everything being homemade!! I know a lot of people say that it takes a while to receive their pizza but we can tell you IT IS WORTH THE WAIT AND CALORIES!! The combinations on their pizzas are next level and so fun and unique! The pizza dough has the perfect fluffiness, chewy texture and flavor. The wings WOW! Definitely in our top 5 of favorites! So crispy and flavorful! OOh plus the Brisket Sandwich and the bread they use... ufffff!!! Don't forget about Dessert! Even if you fill up on pizza you better at least take a slice home with you because IT IS WORTH IT!! They are large, creamy, flavorful and just AMAZEBALLS! We got the Tiramisu and it was NEXT LEVEL! Everything is OUT OF THIS WORLD and we can't recommend them enough!“
