Just went through the drive thru & asked for sugar for my coffee. The associate said, "We don't have that" to each sugar I named. Then, he stated the sugar is in the coffee. If you're looking for sugar for your coffee & good customer service, good luck ? It's a shame, because I love Del Taco & eat here at least once a week.
Every time I come there it is always a long wait in the drive thru. The onsite manager Marisol is not professional at all she does not try to fix the problem. She always just complaining and say we are short staffed. This is the closest location to my house and I should not have to go miles out to get decent service. There was not a lot of people inside. There was only one car ahead of me in the Drive-Thru but it took over 25 minutes for them to receive their order. I asked if she could tell them to pull to the front and give them their order there so I can get out so I can go to work she did not comply and ignored me. This is not the first time it's like the 3rd I will no longer come to this location. By the way I did not even get my food.

Night crew is always so very slow. Took about 40 minutes in the drive thru like which I was stuck in. Multiple times I have pulled up late night and the cashier tells me they are closed.

All this new people and cant get an order correct I ask for tacos and 1 large fries they forget to charge the fries I heard the worker there saying not to add much cheese and meat to the tacos my surprise was that the tacos had nothing much in it won't be coming here anymore especially $4 for just a little pit of fries. The tacos is a joke here theres nothing in it not even the cheese.

Food was packaged good for ubereats order. I tried the viral birria items. Birria ramen was so good - the noodles did not become soggy and big even though I didn't start eating for 30 min. Birria flavor was good lots of meat. Meat was tender and the consomé was very flavorful and yummy. The quesabirria was alright - i dont think the birria goes well with the cheddar yellow cheese. I liked the tacos more. Crinkle fries were bomb but no ketchup was given which sucks.

It's been a minute since I last came to this del taco and honestly it has changed I was amazed of how fast they had my food ready I was reaching for my wallet when the cashier had my food ready I asked her name she told me Marisol not sure if she's a manager but she's doing an awesome job she needs to be running the store went 09/15/23 at 1 pm
