Every time I come there it is always a long wait in the drive thru. The onsite manager Marisol is not professional at all she does not try to fix the problem. She always just complaining and say we are short staffed. This is the closest location to my house and I should not have to go miles out to get decent service. There was not a lot of people inside. Night crew is always so very slow. Took about 40 minutes in the drive thru like which I was stuck in. Multiple times I have pulled up late night and the cashier tells me they are closed.

Just went through the drive thru & asked for sugar for my coffee. The associate said, "We don't have that" to each sugar I named. Then, he stated the sugar is in the coffee. If you're looking for sugar for your coffee & good customer service, good luck ? It's a shame, because I love Del Taco & eat here at least once a week.
