I love El Polo Loco. But unfortunately, this location is a bit too much! It's too many weird people walking around. The workers aren't too professional. They're a bit young I understand, but when I choose a place to eat, whether it's a fancy restaurant or a face food place, I'd like to feel comfortable. The food is good and always fresh tho.
Reading all of these reviews make this restaurant look so bad. Trust me it's not every time I go I'm always greeted with a welcome and all of the staff is really sweet. I have a difficult order but every time it was correct I don't have to ask for napkins utensils nor salsa. The dining room all of there cashiers are genuinely hard workers with a positive attitude towards working I always leave a tip!! I would definitely recommend coming to this location and this is the 5913 locations...read full review
